It has a harness very similar to a car seat, so I would say yes. The harness is also difficult for little hands to unbuckle, which is nice!

Bought this for our European trip. It moved well on bumpy roads, light weight to push, easy set up and great usable features including the little attachment holes to loop toys so they don't get lost. Price for product was money well spent.

Best travel buggy

I won this stroller through an online contest and am very happy with it. It was easy to put together right out of the box, it's sturdy, lightweight and collapses easily. My daughter is 9 months old and is very comfortable in it. The only thing missing is a cup holder for us mommas (I just put a water bottle in the diaper bag it comes with so not a deal breaker)!

Sturdy Compact Stroller

This stroller totally outdid my expectation on the quality of it. It is so sturdy and made well. The diaper bag it came with is better than the one I picked out for my baby shower wish list. It is perfect for all my necessities for an outing with baby and yet not overwhelmingly bulky like most diaper bags are these days. I love how this stroller reclines at whatever level you need it to. And the adjustable foot rest is a great touch too. Overall, a wonderful and compact stroller. My baby is 4 1/2 months old and loves it. It's a comfortable ride for her. Great price and great stroller.

I bought this stroller mainly to use while travelling and it withstood baggage check in and all the rough handling that comes with travel very well. The diaper bag is very handy since the underseat basket is tiny and can't hold much

Functional, and sturdy!

Great features and solid materials.  Seat back gets in way a bit when folding up to close.  Bag strap looped thru holes make it alil difficult to hang on strollers handles as intended.

Really good stroller

I bought this to take on a vacation to Spain. It was great in the airport and the diaper bag was very convenient. The front wheel lock sometimes will snap into the lock position, but it is easily pushed back down to let the wheels move freely. For the price, this is a great buggy!

great light weight stroller and diaper bag

Got this for my 7month old after her other stroller bit the dust. I must say, its really easy to put together and perfect for our walks and going to town. My only complaint is I don't like having to take the canopy off everytime you fold up the stroller. Other than that, its perfect and a very nice color combo!

Very nice stroller

Yes, i do like the item that i purchase but unfortunately very disappointed with the color. In the picture you can see it was green or tale that was i expected color im gonna get because i have a boy, but i was really upset when i got HOT PINK and i dont have time to return it because in two days i was going to travel abroad. So i reccoment that they have to put color to choose from so buyer dont depend only in the picture that they saw..
So now, i have to call baby cargo to order extra cover umbrella to replace the HOT PINK into GREEN OR TALE COLOR so i dont get embarrased when people saying "why did you get the pink one if you have a boy? Is that your favourite color?" OMG!
