I did it on my own (32 out of shape female). Opening up the folded trampoline base was a bit difficult, but he rest was pretty easy

Other than opening the jogger, as it comes folded in half, you can do it. You will need help with the unfolding the first time.

Not at all very easy! Most of it is already assembled for you!

No. It says you need 2 people to unfold it but, I turned my upside down and stood on one side and stepped on the other side till it went flat and locked into place. I weigh 200lbs thou, and it was tough to get down, but it can be done.

The instructions do recommend having two people in order to assemble. I was able to do it by myself by kneeling on one side while unfolding the other side, but you need to have some strength to snap the folds into place.

Unfolding the trampoline could be an issue for a weaker individual, but I was able to use the floor as leverage to unfold it.

Stamina InTone Oval Jogger has elastic bands.

Would this be hard for me to assemble? I am a 58 year old woman.

It comes folded in half and you can fold it if you want to. The first 'unfolding" is a bear and needs two people, but the directions say that as well.

no this one is not. It is light weight and the legs screw on. I would not take them off and for the thread wear out and then the legs don't go back on and stay on.

It claims to be foldable, and in theory, it can be.  However, you must completely disassemble it to do so.  This will take two people approximately 15 minutes - then another 15-20 minutes to reassemble.  If moving - it would be worth it, but not on a regular basis.

I have been hearing about rebounding exercise and how great it is, however, didn't want to spend $300.00 + on a trampoline. So I did my research and finally found the oval jogger, love the shape of this trampoline - the workout is amazing and you def feel it, I'm already in shape just wanted to work in lymphatic and circulatory (as rebounding is also for)- WOW best workout!

I purchased the Stamina InTone Oval Jogger because I needed to start exercising again after 15 years of sitting on the couch.  Combined with my favorite "dance" music, I'm proud to state that I have been exercising every day now since I bought it, and am already feeling results!!

It came very well packed with easy-to-follow instructions (at least for my husband), and he had it assembled in about a half-hour.  There was only one hiccup in the assembly, one of the legs had extra burrs on the threading and would not screw in all the way without using a pipe wrench - which scratched up the finish on that leg a bit. 
Assembly instructions also very highly recommend using two people to "unfold" it.  It can be a bit like opening a bear trap.  All parts felt very strong and durable and it feels as though it will last a long time.

For those concerned about the weight limit, I purchased this knowing that I slightly exceed it by about 10 lbs,  (250lb weight limit for trampoline) but figured that I would take the chance.  So far I've been using it 3 times a day religiously for 30 minutes at a time and it has shown no signs of stress or extreme wear.  I believe that they estimate low on the weight limit.

The trampoline surface itself is a "mesh" affixed to the ring with bungee-like straps.  Much better than the old metal spring type of yesteryear.  I can exercise without fear of bothering my husband or the neighbors in my apartment complex.  The support bar is also invaluable to me, as I do have balance issues and it's right there where I need it - It can also be raised or lowered to fit average heights.

Included with the trampoline are two exercise bands - that I have yet to use, and a "counter" that counts "jumps" and estimates calories.  The counter's placement (at the base of the trampoline makes it difficult to see while exercising, and resets after a short period of non-use.  For me, this is not an issue, as I have an exercise watch that does the counting for me.  It is just an extra included with my real purchase - the trampoline itself.  Same with the bands - just an extra that some users might appreciate.

All-in-all, this is a very high-quality product that I highly recommend to anyone who needs to exercise after a long period of inactivity.

Great way to start moving again!!

I am 61 and hate going to the gym! Love this product! Easy to put together! Allows me to get a cardio workout at my own comfort level while having fun. Light and portable. I set it up in front of the TV and use the DVD that came with it, or just simply jump and burn calories while I watch my favorite TV show! I feel it working my calves, thighs, and glutes as well. Best part is I can do 100 jumps, go do chores, etc. then come back for another 100 jumps as I want throughout the day. So, I am getting a full workout without the drudgery of the gym! Love love love it!
