I LOVE THIS CHAIR

My wife and I bought 2 of these a year and a half ago and not much longer than we had them (maybe a month or 2), they started popping open.  They both have had the same problem; otherwise are great chairs. They're very wide seated and comfortable. I've tried several times trying to fix them myself and have looked up videos on YouTube but not much luck with a fix. We have gotten so aggravated with these things  sometimes and wish we had something else.
