I just had surgery and my six-year-old was home from school for teacher in-service day… He was bored to tears, and I really wasn't able to do much with him. Walmart to the rescue! Showed up at my house in an hour, already completely put together!

Perfect for my 6 year old

Amazingly well built bike! It has lasted my son about 10 months which is by far a miracle. No loose chains, no bent tires, and not too many scratches.  My son bikes extremely hard and for it to be still standing is 5 stars in my book.  Definitely a bike for kids that play hard!

Amazing bike!!!!

Bought the thus for my 7yr olds birthday in May, his first non training wheel bike, upgrading from a 12". It looks awesome, but the quality is even better. A great bike for a 6-10 yr old boy. Honestly thought about getting the mens 29" version. The only complaint would be the lack of holes for, or a bottle holder. Otherwise it's great.

Great boys bike !!!

My grandson was so pleased with his 18 inch Kent bicycle. He dropped all his other presents and immediately got on his bicycle.
The training wheels made it very accessible for him to ride. 
Thank you Walmart for letting me order this bicycle online and take advantage of a huge savings.

Niko's bike

The actual bike is decent, I would have to take off a star because it doesn't come with a kickstand, I had to buy one from Amazon. Also, the back inner tube busted within the first week of riding it (I bought 2 different Kent bikes and this was an issue with both), so the quality is a little lackluster.

BUT THE SHIPPING!!! I actually received my bike the very next day after ordering and was slightly apprehensive because the cardboard box had some tears/holes in it. But when I opened the box, I discovered that the front forks were so severely bent that they were beyond repair, they had been crushed only leaving about an inch between the forks rather than the typical 4-5". 

Luckily I initiated a return online, took the bike to my local WalMart for return and ordered the bike again, this time receiving it in great condition. And all of that was super easy. So kudos for being efficient, but the initial shipment really was upsetting!

RECEIVED NON-USABLE DUE TO SHIPPING

I purchased this bike for my grandson. It showed in store, on-line but they actually did not have it in stock so I had to order it. It shipped amazingly fast and I received it the next day. Because I had to order it I had to, of course, assemble it. Assembly was straight forward and easy. The bike is great and my grandson loves it and is very happy. The reason I give 4 stars is the kickstand that was already installed on the bike when I received it was defective. It does not seem to be the best quality and stand itself is loose. It folds forward and the bike falls when you try to stand it. The fastener is not loose it's the stand itself. 
Called the manufacturer. They said that would be a warranty part. Emailed me the information I needed to send them which was obviously contact info, model, receipt for purchase, picture / video, and a description of the defect. I sent the required information the same day. The following day I receive their response. The customer service representative stated I looked up you model and a kickstand is not included with that bike. It comes with training wheels so we do not stock a kickstand for that. You may want to go to a bike shop to purchase one. 
Now it did come with the kickstand on it as well as training wheels in the box. It's not a huge deal but I am disappointed with the manufacturer response. I'm not sure where the mixup is but their info does not coincide with what the product actually is. I simply don't feel like I should have to purchase a new kickstand for a brand new bike that had a defective part.

Manufacturer support is not what it should be.

Well it was easy to set up till it came to the brakes and now we can't get them to go on the back brakes we can get together but then when you use them they stick then the front brakes the cable won't reach also there is this weird metal loop thing behind both sets of brakes and its not mentioned in the instructions what so ever so we can't figure out if it goes there or not also when I tried to look up a instruction video there isn't one and when I go to the Kent website they say they don't have this bike in the search so if anyone has this bike or has put it together please help LOL

Can't get the brakes together

I give this 2 stars not for the product itself but for how it was delivered. The box came beat up with tape around it and some holes. When it was put together we noticed missing pieces... two screw/nuts and one of the pegs was missing. It was really disappointing since this was a Christmas gift for my son and having paid that much money for something that came incomplete. My husband is making it work as theres not enough time to send it back before Christmas but I would be aware when purchasing. The bike itself seems good.

Bad delivery condition

So disappointed I order a bike for my son birthday and this is what I got. Sooo mad will never buy anything at Walmart no more.

I knew I shouldn't have ordered off of Walmart but it was a good deal. Never again will i order from Walmart
