The bicycle came to the house the very next day and it came built. I though I would have to put it together but it was built when it came to the house. Great service. Thank you!

Mountain bike

The bike was assembled well when ai received it and it rides great.  The large tires absorb a lot of bumps, the seat is comfortable and all of the gears and brakes work well.  Overall a great bike for the price.

Happy with the bikes bought 2. They were already assembled which was great. Ordered and received same day.
I am very unhappy with the delivery. They were dropped of at the wrong home. A picture was taken and was not my home. Canvas neighborhood found bikes in a walkway. Knocked on their door to let them know I was there and these were my bikes I was go to retrieve but no one answered the door. They had a ring doorbell and I left a message on what I was doing on the ring (hopefully they got it) the house was down street but I don't know them and this could have been detrimental to my life if this had gown another way. Consumers need to be CALLED before driver leaves the premises.

I had no idea that I had to join the different parts of the bicycle to make it work. I had the thought that it would come in a fixed, rideable condition. So, I had no idea how to fix that properly and would not want to take the risk. Also, I went to a bike shop, and they said it would take 100 bucks to make it fully rideable.

It was good weather. I decided to go for riding new bicyle to Vancouver Lake, which is 9 miles from my apartment. On my way back, the gear was broken. It was making noise before. I thought it was fine. Front gear switcher was broken. I could not pedal it anymore. I could not drag it neither. I used Uber for ride home. Uber driver said I could not put my bicycle. The car was small.  He told me to leave the broken bicycle and just to go home on the car. Well, it was only 3 days old bicycle. I could not throw it away.  I told him. I am going to take the bus home. What I did not realize at tat time was, in west side of vancouver, bus stops operating at 7PM. And it was 8PM already. So.... I had to walk about 4 miles with the bike on my back. It took me 2 hours to get home. What a good workout.

What a good workout

My previous bicycle finally terminally broke this morning and I needed a replacement today so I could meet my appointments tomorrow. Order was placed at 743am and was very happy to see it could be delivered from the store today. It is now 745pm, I have been waiting at home for the past 12 hours while the status stayed at Preparing. I have no bicycle and will fail to meet my appointments tomorrow since I have no other means of transportation. The person in chat was nice and polite, commended my patience; I refrained from pointing out I had no other choice. Will stay awake as long as I can since it would not surprise me if it was finally delivered and driver did just leave an enormous box at my door where anybody could drag it off. Very disappointed, but there is nothing else I can do; my own fault for believing in something good.

Failure.

This bicycle was assembled with numerous scratches and wear on the tires.   The previous owner left a rusty tail light still attached to the bicycle.  It's very obvious that this bike has been used and returned before!!!  It's not a store display either it's Used!!!  I want a new bicycle in a box!!!

Delivered a used bicycle!!!

I'd had this bike for almost month and a half, bought it with the intention of commuting to work, I've spent 65 dollars on repairs so far, I've changed the wheel thing twice, when it came out of the box there was holes in the wheel rubber, I'm not planning to spend more money on this bike.
