This is a very good laptop. I like the 15.6” size.  It makes the computer more usable for me.  It functions perfectly out of the box with a quick connect to WiFi and then the setup is very easy. It does have soft touch keys on the keyboard which take a little getting used to but it has become less noticeable after just a week. 
I'm very happy with the price. We bought a Lenovo to use as the ‘family' computer that has the same capability but cost about $300 more.  
I recommend this purchase. You will be happy with this buy.

Power packed and Affordable

Fast, smooth, easy to use, with lots of disc space. Downside is all the promotional material they try to get you to sign up for at the beginning of setup, and if you don't do it then, they will bring up again later. But otherwise, so much better than my old computer of six or so years.

Two negatives.  The first is that Acer is now using smaller, weaker power supply connectors.  i have been buying Acer laptops because the connectors were stronger than those of its competitors.  The second is that the lighted keyboard is hard to read until it has lighted.  Black keys would have improved readability.  Good computer otherwise.

This laptop was used. The serial number was already registered.
I could not get the laptop to output 2160p HDR at 60 hertz to my TV. All my drivers were updated, and my current desktop can do it. I even had the HVEC, AV1 and VP9 extensions installed. The best I could do was 30 with the laptop screen inactive. That was the only way I could even get HDR to turn on in Windows 11. I'm wondering if this laptop even has HDMI 2.1. It does say it on the tag next to the touchpad BTW.
