I bought this product when it was on sale for 669.99, I was always contemplating buying an ultrawide and getting rid of my triple monitor setup. Decided I might as well buy it and see if I liked it while it was on sale, and it ended up being a great choice. Recommend if you have money to spend on one and feel you need more screen space without the multiple screens.
Few issues after using over a few days, which are very nitpick, are:
-Glare at angles and glare when there is a lot of light in the room.
-Some games don't have very much support for this size of ultrawide, so most of them won't fit the monitor or stretch it to the monitor size. Which entails very pixelated games, so do your research to see if your games will be able to be used on this monitor.
-Hard to get to 144hz option, you have to activate 144hz on the monitor before it will come up under your display settings. You have navigate your monitor settings through the 4 buttons under the monitor go to system and activate through there. I found this information online that may be more helpful.

Right now I'm just using a temp build with a core 2 duo and a 1660 ti till my build is done. But I've been playing a lot of older games/shooter and the games look great and most fit well with the 3840x1080p....
I used the dp cable supplied and could only get the monitor to overclock 139hz. 140hz flickered and 141hz was a black screen so I set it to 135hz but it would be nice if I could OC it to 144hz like advanced. I even purchased a better dp cable and same results. Can't give 5 stars because of that. Don't advertise this as a 144hz and it's not.... It's a 120hz monitor. You can overclock lots of 60hz or 120hz monitors so to say this is a 144hz....no.its a 120hz with the hopes of OCing it to 144hz.
When I get my 1080 ti rig running and I can play games other than far cry 2, half life, and battlefield 3 I'll update. I need to see a good modern triple A game with settings cranked.
UPDATE:
purchased for only $639.99 at the time!! My 1080 ti is killing it on "fast sync"......
love this monitor

Great monitor. Love it. Using it for Solidworks.
Looks like it would be pretty good for gaming also.
We are now 8 months later and the screen doesn’t turn on anymore I’m trying to reach someone to get this problem solved.
