The width on the inside seat is 23 inches. The padding does not do a good job of covering the wood on either side.

It isn&#39;t difficult to put together, but I would not recommend this chair if you are elderly. It&#39;s very difficult to decline the foot rest. You may do better with a smaller chair.

No, this is a Glider and has a fare amount of movement when what people would describe as rocking, all so it will virtually lay flat when reclining.

great chair for the price. I am a "big" man and it is comfortable for me. The delivery company is a different story. Order for door delivery, I live on the 4th floor and have an elevator, but the delivery man said they only go through one door, he had the dollie and could have brought it on the elevator and to my apartment very easily but chose not to, I carried to the elevator and then from the elevator to my apartment. Needless to say, he did not get a tip. recliner great, delivery service stunk.

pappaw is relaxing!!!

This recliner is exactly what I wanted. Chair sits higher than any recliner iv previously owned and is wide. Very comfortable with a little break in time. Perfect for relaxing after hard day's work. Color is slightly different than it appears in online picture but I think it's for the better. Looks great.

Kings new throne

First the chair look's great, material is soft and comfortable, the support in the seat and back is great, I would say it;s built for a bigger person like me.
The only con I can find is it lean's back just a little to far,all in all it's a very solid chair for the money, I would buy another in a heart beat.

They were delivered right to the front porch for free. Love the chairs. They are a little firm but I'm sure we'll break them in with time. Getting used to closing them with just our legs is kind of a work out. We could all use that, right? We needed large chairs because my husband is over 6 ft tall. Wish they had come in blue but the sage is pretty. The corduroy fabric is very comfy

Went to geather fast. Easy to get thru door ways. Feels real comfortable.

Nice recliner.

Instead of buying a game chair, I decided on a rocker recliner to match my furniture. This chair was easy to assemble. The advertised  olive green color is exact.  Very soft fabric with long and wide seat cushion. Perfect chair for my tall family 6 feet tall and over.

Comfy soft upholstered rocker for tall family

This chair is larger then it looked. When sitting in it, my feet can't touch the floor. Its comfortable, but from the reclined position it is very hard to put the leg rest down. I have to climb out of the chair and then push down the leg rest. I'm 5'5 This is my only quim I have about this chair. I might take it back because of it.

Feeling like a small person

I wish someone had told me how hard it was to decline before I bought this chair. I'm not exceptionally short at 5'4" but my legs aren't long or strong enough to close the foot rest. My husband, who is slightly taller at 5'7" can but even he had to kick it to make it go all the way back. I have to take my life in my hands and climb over the arm to get out once reclined. I am very disappointed.

Not for seniors or short people!

So at first I thought this was an amazing find until I noticed specific places have no padding and the wood sticks out there pressing against you making you very uncomfortable. The arm rest that you zip on, then Velcro to each side of the chair do not fully cover the lowest part of the sides on the inside. This is extremely uncomfortable and annoying as the stuffing in the pads migrate to the outer part of the chair making it even worse... Second as I reclined it back I noticed that even the padding for the back does not cover the lowest part of the back of the chair. Causing pain to my lower back and area around the sacrum. I have to put pillows there just to keep from having pain.
