I am a 71-year-old female DIYer who put this togerther without help. (I did have to tie the 2 sides to my car, loosely, so they wouldn't fall over while I bolted on the crosspieces, which would have been a bolt-stripping catastrophe; but with a little ingenuity you can generally replace a second set of hands.  I do recommend help from other adults if they are available, of course.)  Attached to my log cabin next to the garage, it serves as a carport for my 4Runner and so far has kept it completely dry, not a single drip anywhere.  (One reviewer recommended caulk but that confuses me, as panels fit snugly.  Perhaps improvements have been made.) Looks great, works great.  All pieces arrived promptly and smartly arranged in 2 boxes:  one for frame, one for roof panels.  Directions were easy to follow.  A few extra bolts and several extra washers were included.  All pieces fit just the way they were supposed to, tightly and exactly.  I have zero complaints.  Couldn't be more delighted.

We have an open deck to the door we use. I wanted a little shelter so we wouldn't open the door to feet of snow. It works amazing. The snow slides right off it. It provides shade in the sun. since we get some good winds i put some extra straps to rails. I am definitely happy with the purchase, well worth the money.

Michigan 6months so far

It was a pain in the butt to put together and it is not easily to follow the provided directions.  They could have done a better job at labeling the panels.  One of the panels was damage.  I did reach out to try to get it replace i am still waiting to hear.  The pergola it self once put up looks great and it was perfect for our needs.

Once put together, it's absolutely beautiful… it doesn't look like it would only be $500! But putting it together is another story. Just me and one other person put it together and BOY was it work. Also be prepared to screw it down and up against something to hold it. It's very unstable and if the wind were to get it, it would definitely tear it up and something else. I'm very happy with the purchase but it definitely has its quirks putting it together. Also, you have yo purchase your own screws to screw it in a deck. It only came with something to screw it into concrete.

Love/hate relationship

Ordered 3 different size gazebos (10x10, 10x12, 10x14)should have 6 boxes (2 for each gazebo) received only 3 boxes (1 for each)
Did not even receive 1 full gazebo.
Where are the other 3 boxes that i should have received?pix of 3 boxes received with the 3 shipping tags.  Boxes marked "A"or "B".  Suppose to have A %26 B for each gazebo...... 2 boxes marked "B" 1 box marked "A"
Live across street from work...got off work at 12:30.....no time for someone to have stolen boxes....dont think fed ex delivered all 6 at 12:30 as stated.

I started to put the gazebo together only to realize when I got to the 5th leg the L part which connects the leg was missing. There is no number or web address to contact anyone. Walmart wasn't able to help. So I have to lug the multiple parts that fit in the box which was impossible to put back in… what a mess

Are you kidding me?

I ordered this gazebo had it delivered had a gentleman come to install it three times every time he arrived. I've not gotten information back from the company. I had someone call me specifically from their company on two different numbers representing them. They later told me they never contacted me.. the person representing them then scammed money from my Venmo and cash app account saying that they were doing a refund. that has been several weeks now I still don't have parts or a completed gazebo I would not order from them ever and Walmart should be cautious about third-party sellers. I lost money paying someone to install it and they couldn't complete it and then being scammed out of an additional $600 from this company.

Scammed along with no response to missing parts!

It's a piece of crap it's the hardest thing to put together the panels for the roof. Come cracked at the edges. It's unstable have to attach it to your house or get some kind of bar to attach it to you in the middle. It's a piece of scrap I wouldn't even give it one star but you have to give us something.
