The door could have been designed better, but it serves it's purpose.
4 Stars
The door could have been designed better, but it serves it's purpose.
We [my spouse and I] have in the course of 35 years built two other metal sheds. So, it came as no surprise what was necessary to put this baby shed together. [The last shed we built was a 20']. The reviewers that complain about all how many screws it takes to build it have never looked at a metal shed before. The only change I made was to the door handle. I think I am not the only reviewer that wasn't pleased with this design. [Maybe the manufacturer will pay attention to our comments and make future changes to this!!] I was not happy about how much space the handle took up and as a result made a difference in the how far you can open the door. The metal piece that attaches to the right hand side of the door frame, giving you a place to connect a padlock, also sticks out too much and is a great clothes snagger! For the time being and using what I had on hand, I came up with a quick fix. I dug out two different sizes of eye bolts and using the existing holes where the door handle was attached, as well as the other piece it locks to, I used the bigger of the two eye bolts in the door, with a couple of thick plastic spacers to hold it out even with smaller eye bolt I put in the door frame. Now I simply use a long shackled padlock to connect the two eye bolts. I filled in the other two holes with the same sized eye bolts and plastic washers, which fixed a two-fold issue. One, it filled the holes to keep moisture out, and it makes the door easier to slide open and closed. It's not aesthetically perfect, but for the time being or until a better idea comes to me, it will do. The other addition was with the floor. This being the 5' x 4', the floor [sold separately] came with 3 extra lengths for use in the next sized shed. Instead of looking for some kind of rack system designed for this particular shed, I again used what I had. I slid the three pieces together to fit the inside length of the shed. I screwed the lengths together, drilled a couple of holes in the roof framework and used S-hooks to attach it at the ceiling. Now because it already has perforations, I have a place to easily attach other S-hooks on which to hang smaller gardening tools. Now all my shovels and rakes have a better home than their previous. Stuck in a old galvanized garbage can!

Awesome little shed that took a chunk of time putting together.
Quality is what you expect from the price.
Arrived way before expected ship date.
Only one small error in the drawings of the latching for the doors as one of the pieces was bent differently than drawn or maybe originally intended.
Came together well in the end.
Only thing I plan to do from other comments is a maintenance paint job as soon as any potential rust starts to show. Might do it before.
