I love the new feel of my ASUS. it is so updated from the one I bought back in 2016.  Its sleek and graphics are bright and very viewable.  Touch is so light and easy.  The pc is very light not heavy lifting.

So far So good.  I have had my laptop for about 2 weeks and so far it living up to my expectations.  But it is too soon to give  a complete review.

Vivobook S 15 OLED (K3502,12th Gen Intel)

The delivery process didn't work out like I feel it should have. The order was supposed to arrive the next day. I got a text alert the next day saying the driver was 3 minutes away but they never showed up. Then the website changed the status to show it was delivered. I contacted Walmart. They first said the driver tried to deliver the package and noted no one was home. Then Walmart assured me that the note of the order being delivered was a mistake and my order would arrive by 4:00pm. The order didn't arrive. I contacted Walmart. They told me the driver had an issue and my order was placed on another vehicle. They promised me it would arrive within 3 hours. It didn't arrive. I contacted Walmart. They told me my package was at the delivery company's warehouse. When my package didn't arrive the next day either I contacted Walmart. They told me my package was lost and I had to wait 48 hours before they would reorder the item I was waiting for. The replacement order did arrive but this was 4 days after my original order was supposed to arrive. This was a very stressful process partly because the item ordered was urgently needed and I wouldn't have ordered it if the item wasn't going to arrive the next day like the website and my order confirmation stated. More stress was added because all of the times I had to contact Walmart and the time it took for me to do that. At the end I did get my item and Walmart did give me a discount when I asked for one. The item I ordered wasn't available in a store or I would have just went to a store to make the purchase.

Order wasn't received when it should have been.
