very comfortable with only one problem. the recliner is somewhat difficult to close with legs alone. a side handle would be a vast improvement. no problems with Velcro arm rests stay in place.

This is such a great recliner, I nap in this all of the time it's so comfy. I lounge in this for hours, so I love that this has a USB port for when my phone battery inevitably dies. The fabric also was better than I was expecting! I am a walmart associate.

Super Comfortable and Functional Recliner

I am sitting in this chair right now and don't want to leave! It has a smooth rock and is quite comfortable. Casual look for a cozy home. Also — I can't believe it has a USB charger! So handy.

Convenience and comfort is king. The distressed fabric is smoother than it looks. Best part is the USB plug. It's seems way too high tech for a recliner.

sitting in this chair is very comfortable. it is very handy to have the connections where you can charge two items, connected right to the chair. unfortunately I've had the chair for less than one year I leaned back an one of the support braces broke. the only other thing that I do not like about the chair is that if you lean 2 pick something up it will tip. other than for that it is a very comfortable chair and I've enjoyed it a lot. I am having trouble trying to find someone to fix the chair so I would suggest getting the coverage plan which I actually thought I had purchased.

I ordered 2 of these to replace the couch in my living room. I love the ease of putting it together. The USB plug on the side of the chair is pretty convenient and I love, love the rocking part about this chair. The only thing I am not real crazy about is the arm rests , but I get it why they put the Velcro on there.  Maybe I could add some and the arm rest would stay in place better. Other than that I would recommend these chairs and especially for the price. It cost me $10 more than it is being sold for now. But I would say yes to this recliner/rocker

I don't see how these chairs can be listed as "Big and Tall", while they can hold a lot of weight, I don't see how they would be of a special benefit to tall people considering that I am 5' 4" and I fit perfectly.

In my opinion the foot rest is impossible to put down without having to stand up and kick it in.  They really should rethink the design and add a handle to assist in lowering it.

That being said, they are very comfortable and look really nice. I do think they are slightly over priced, but you won't find a better chair for a lower price.

Compact and Comfy

First of all let me say that the recliner is big and comfortable as I had hoped it would be. But it took three weeks to get it and when my husband assemble the chair the padded velcro armrest was missing now I don't know when we would get a replacement so we have to use bath towels for the armrest.

This chair is not what I expected it's not for big and tall people and it's really flimsy, if I could return I would! I'm under the impression or so been told with the covid-19 we can not return?? I don't know but it would be going back. I do not recommend

Highly Disappointed

TERRIBLE QUALITY! First off nowhere on the box did it say big and tall. I get it together and sit down and my hips were touching both sides and I am a size 8!  NOT a big and tall chair. My husband talks me into keeping it anyway. Within weeks the chair broke to where it site crooked. Then the zipper busted open on the arm rest. Its on the outside so the stuffing can be seen. The arm rests are velcroed on so the chair is terribly noisy every time you move. Save your money!!!
