Absolutely LOVE this thing!  WOW!  Glad we went with this size and not a smaller one.  This is great for 4 adults - not so sure about 6-8 people unless the people are very, very thin and don't mind being very close.  Other than that, the quality is very good for an inflatable spa and the color is neutral.  We set it up on the grass (since our patio won't be ready this summer).  First we laid a tarp down and then we used the foam panel (puzzle - style) and then the spa on top of all that.  The floor of the spa is soft and the foam layer under the spa makes it even more comfortable.  We bought little seats for this but don't need them - you just sit on the floor.  We use it as a cooling spa (not hot tub).  The weather in our area is very humid and sometimes hits 90 degrees so this is cool and refreshing.  We did heat the water a little (from 67 degrees to around 80) and that was perfect - took about 4 hours to do that.  Inflated in minutes.  The airjet is not that loud - actually the bubbles drown out the airjet sound.  It's not like the permanent hot tubs that can cost thousands, but it's not trying to be either.  We love everything about this Spa.  The water does need to be treated with chemicals/tested at least daily.  Those chemicals and testing strips do not come with the spa but for around $60 you can get a get that will last a long time.  Having this spa actually helps us understand how pools work as well.  We bought a skimmer net, brush and small vacuum for ours as well.  The price for this spa at Walmart was unreal at $448 with free delivery.  If we were to do it all over again, we would choose the same one.

Great Inflatable Spa - Great Price

This has been the BEST purchase. Have been researching and watching prices for 18 months %26 got lucky with the sale. Had 7 adults in it and everyone was comfortable. I've even floated on a raft to soak up some sun. :) Easy to set up, easy to take care of, and in it almost every day. It's delightful.

It's Delightful

So far, so good!  I've only had the spa for about a week, but I am loving it so far. I have no qualms and I'm not really sure what people expect when they pay this little for a hot tub. It's about as basic as you can get, but I love it  It's big enough for at least four people and I can float on a raft in it without an issue, it does not have jets, but it does have bubble makers and to be honest, I like them better than the jets blasting me in the back.  The filter works great.  I let my dog get in a few times, and the filter caught most of the hair. I bought a pool skimmer to get the rest. All in all, for the price I paid, I couldn't be happier.  I haven't had to refill it with air since I originally set it up. The only issue I do have is that I can't figure out how to put the chlorine dispenser on, but that was easily remedied by buying a floating chlorine dispenser. If you're on the fence about this product, go ahead and get it.

Great hot tub and good price. Only complaint is the filter was constantly having to be rinsed off after every other use, if it wasn't then the breaker would pop on the pump and it would shut the heater off to the hot tub and by time we go outside a day later to use it, it would be ice cold and we'd have to wait another day to heat up. Besides that fantastic hot tub

Great hot tub very big

Our first hot tub was a Intex brand and it lasted us 3 years. We decided to go with this one because it is larger than our intex one. I have had zero issues with this. I live in Northern Ohio so with the cold temps I enclosed mine with 2" foam board and it kept up to 104° the entire winter. Even the negative days. Easy to change filter. Only bought one bottle of chlorine pebbles and I'm still not out. Although there are no jets and it's just bubbles we usually just sit in it without the bubbles for the temp to stay hot. Very relaxing and well worth the money. We purchased during Black Friday Sales for $350. So wait to purchase if you want a deal.

Amazing!

We love our inflatable hot tub! It's perfect and find we use more than I thought we would! It's a little bit of a learning curve learning how to do the chemicals but wasn't too bad. Would definitely buy again, and will when this one needs replacing. Overall a good purchase for the money. Also really glad we went with the 6-8 person size instead of the 4-6, this one really fits 3-4 adult comfortably so I can't imagine getting a smaller one!

Best decision ever!

Great size, not for 6/8people tho but 3 humans fit very comfortable, 4 a bit tight. It works fantastic so far, the cover is a bit awkward to put in and out but not big deal. The only super bad thing so far is that you have to add air to the cover and the tub every 3 days.

Good hottub, high maintenance...

Will probable b give it a higher rate if I can get someone on the phone.  I did get the extended warranty thankfully.  The pump is not heating.   It's been at the same temp for 4 hours.  
Size and set up was easy as long as you have an outlet close to where you are putting it.

How do you get customer service from Bestway?

constant filter error code and incorrect replacement part was sent.  Shipping was almost $40 on replacement part that was incorrect. Costumer service said that I could sell incorrect replacement part on FB market place to try to recoup some of my money. So I'm out almost $70 for their mistake.

Buyer Beware- Do Not Purchase from this Company.

Finally get spa put up. Turn it on and wait for it to heat. Went out to garage to find floor soaking wet after examination find that the pump is leaking internally not from fittings. Now I'm not sure what to do because I've already got rid of the box to return it in. This sucks plus best way warranty site doesn't work and no number to call instead it makes you fill a form out for a call back. Guess I won't be holding my breath on that one
