I purchased this product, the real measurements are 10&#39; 11&quot; x 8&#39; 9&quot; I was trying to replace a 10x12   so the answer is no these measurements are not true to what is stated. it is NOT 10 x 12

The instructions are only pictures nothing written out. They are still easy to follow. This was just perfect for our yard. The size is perfect for all 6 of us and still have a table and cooler inside. The only thing is the net. I would have liked it be more secure in the bottom.

It took 2 hours to put together only to see that the threading was double backed over itself and leaks. Also the very top of the fabric leaks!  Also when I opened it one of the metal rods for the mesh was broke off. Not satisfied at all with the leaking but it does look nice.

I love the gazebo. However 3 different poles were drilled wrong and to get it together my husband had to redrill the holes so it would line up and the screws heads broke off when you tightened it up.   Overall, for $214 it was worth it If you know how to fix what's broken

canopy fabric roof holds water, sages when wet and collects more water and sages more, drips holes are to far up roof and the side overhang canopy has no drip holes.

This item is not worth it.  I paid $300. And all I have is a twisted bent broke frame and torn top.  Not a year old and junk.  Half was up a tree and half on the roof.  Tie downs did nothing.  I am so disappointed, waited so long to finally get and now I have trash.

Blown apart

Waste of 300.00.. box arrived ripped and taped back and open ends.. bent and broken pieces.. worst instructions.. netting does not fit securely.. 14-21 days for replacement parts... shouldve gotten one from Big Lots like years in the past

The canopy material is falling apart after only 1 year. Now we can not find a replacement canopy. Don't even think about getting the Square Trade Warranty as it covers NOTHING after setup!

Good for 1 season only!

Sadly I had this set up for 9 days before it was completely destroyed. I don't live in a high wind area but wind came through and the "anchors" did not hold up. The top part of the frame is totally inside out and the legs are bent. It is unrepairable and a major waste of money.

Does not withstand wind

The canopy top collexts water along sides, and if jot removed quickly causes permentant sags or tears in the canopy top. The side canopy has a tensency to catch window and tge frame bends easily. Have had three years and have already replaced top twice, which has cost more than canopy itself. (We do take the canopy off for sever weatger and winter).

The only reason I gave it 1 star is because you have to pick one as the lowest but is really a 0 star. Don't buy this gazebo is cheaply made.  First i bought this gazebo online and they sent me a used gazebo missing the canopy in a messed up box. I was super upset. Then they picked it up n told me they were gonna send me a brand new one which came 3 days later, again with holes in the box. I open it and it was looking alright, so I start putting it together when I found out some of the pieces were bended and unwelded also rusty already. Is super fragile and light.  So I called back to have them pick it up again and also get a refund. People stay away from this piece of garbage. Look at the box, it looks like if the were dragging it behind the truck all the way from the warehouse.

It sucks!!!!
