Great grill for the price. I live in Florida, I've been through a few grills. This one seems like a winner so far.

Good grill for the money.  Infrared is definitely better cooking method.   Cabinet is not fully enclosed is why I only gave it 4 stars.  Should be fine if you use their optional grill cover.

Infrared is better than standard!

There are dents and scratches on the front panel. Wonder how I can get a replacement panel. 
Takes about 3 hrs to assemble.

The unit did not come with covers on the side to hide the propane tank as shown in the pictures of the unit I thought I was ordering. Put together by the time we realized that the propane tank was not going to be hidden as shown.

Disappointed.

Ordered it on jan 6, 2017 and arrived jan 13, 2017. As I took the parts out of the box I found that some parts were dented and others missing, the box wasn't damaged, so this is no FEDEX fault. This parts were damaged and packaged like that from the factory. A panel is dented and the main chamber (the one that closes to keep the temperature) is damaged on a side. None of the parts showed in the white picture (from the manual) came inside the box. I will contact Char-Broil through their website, if there's more news I'll update this post.

There was many places on it scratched and dinted.

I have had this grill for a year now. The Grill is hard to clean, the groves and valleys with the holes get full of grease and it will not brush out with the orange plastic brush (Char-Broil) if you try to burn it off it gets hard and you have to soak the grills in hot water with dishwasher cakes overnight to get the cooked grease out. Then season it all over.This grill is a lot of work.

This grill has not lived up to Char-Broil standard

Grill came broken: bended frame and cover, broken handle. Sent it back.
