We have only this spa/hot tub for a few days, but so far our whole family loves it. The assembly of it all is not hard at all as long as you watch the YouTube videos on it. Once we had it assembled and the water  in, it took about 2 days to get the water to the correct temperature. However, once at the correct temperature, the pump/heater keeps it at that temperature. The one thing we did buy extra was the 1/2 inch foam exercise mat that interlocks to go underneath the hot tub...not only for comfort, but it also helps insulate the bottom of the hot tub. Other than that....we are very pleased and would recommend this to anyone looking for a hot tub and not looking to spend thousands of dollars.

Worth every penny.  Affordable, easy to put up.  Instructions suck so watch a YouTube video.  Durable and so far so good.  I bought a large area rug at a local thrift store and through it down on the ground and put it on top.  I love it!! It is in my back yard against the house.

I have only had it a few weeks and we have been in the hot tub at least 3x every week. it's so relaxing and warm. set up was easy just watch a you tube video. it does take 2 days top reach max temp which was fine we let it run all night and day. easy to maintain. hubby loves it

My family of four loves it!!! We are a military family who moves quite a bit so the fact that we could have a hot tub that is easy to move with us is a dream!! I will say that it takes forever to get to the highest temperature, but when you are trying to heat over 300 gallons of water that will take time. My advice would be get a faucet/hose adapter and let it fill up with some hot water from the sink. The soft bottom and inflatable sides make it much comfier to sit in than the standard hot tub! The bubbles all around the sides is also something that makes it better than the standard hot tub!! Two adults, two kids fit perfectly with room for a few more.

Very happy with it so far. As others have said,the instructions were a little difficult to follow but if youre used to putting things together from pics its not that hard. This thing is huge, much bigger than expected and the height is perfect. i bought this because i have FM and wanted something big enough to float in to get weight off my joints and its perfect for that. motor is quiet. bottom is padded but also recommend buying puzzle foam for underneath.

It came in 2 days and it was perfect. Im filling it as we speak and it’s heating up. It’s really durable feeling and can easily fit 7 people 

I love this !!! I hope to use it throughout a harsh snowy winter and I will update how it holds up!!!
