This drone was a steal!  My son loved it and hasn't stopped playing with it ever since. Battery life is super long lasting as well. I'm glad I found this deal and it has been interesting enough to chance his mind.

Bought this item as a Christmas gift for my son. He opened it once couldn’t get it to work and found it too difficult to use. So I decided to return it a couple of weeks later. I traveled all the way across town to Walmart only to get there and be told that they can’t do the return that this company specifically ask you CALL THEM to contact them etc. etc. etc.  GO TO UPS and all this other time consuming nonsense extremely difficult when they could just return it through Walmart with the convenience in which I purchased it from Walmart. Called the customer service line. Multiple times could not get an answer. Required multiple trips across town and more trips to return item. Still currently have item, as I have not got an answer yet. I wouldn’t recommend this product should really consider Being able to exchange product the exact same way you bought product. Quickly and easily at Walmart!!

BEWARE RETURN POLICY

I ordered this product on Nov 28th. The deliver by date was Dec. 4th. It was a gift for my son bday which was going to be celebrated on December 9th. The order delivery date changed to arriving late, which was supposed to be Dec. 7th. It then changed to the 9th. I went to the post office where it was on the day of the party and was told that it was on a pallet and would have to be sorted, so they couldn't give it to me. They advised that walmart held the package from November 30th to December 5th before shipping. I received this package today the 11th and just gave my son his gift.

My sons birthday ruined!

Hard to control/maneuver and the instructions aren't much if any help.

Got this as a Christmas gift. He took it out of the box, put the box in the dumpster.. (which is why it can’t be returned) hours later when he tried to set it up, it will not connect to his phone. It won’t connect to my husbands phone. It flies, but the camera won’t work so he can’t see anything which is sort of the point. We spent more money on the not included memory card, still nothing. He’s so disappointed, and I am so far from impressed. I’d give zero stars if I could. Most expensive useless piece of trash I’ve ever purchased.

Won’t connect, can’t return. Useless.
