My canopy got torn.  Where can I get a new canopy?

My niece was so happy when she received her canopy swing for Christmas. She wasnt expecting to receive such a huge gift! but she was super happy when she did.

Does everything I wanted to for the price?

The cushions are not the highest quality, and you have to figure out on your own how to attach them. They slide off easily. The canopy was rather difficult to attach also. It may be a little pricey considering the overall quality.

Okay Swing

It looks pretty. Not sturdy enough to charge $500 for it though! Even on sale, thats ridiculous. Mine came with scratches and stained/dirty in different places. It looked like it was a return because manufacturer had screwed a couple parts wrong together and whoever got it before me forced the swing part, bending the steal beams.. how are these beams able to bend like that?! Easy, cheap materials. E-mailed back and fourth with Walmart and then manufacturer, only to be told that I can just fix it myself and they can offer me $90 discount for it. That made me laugh! Screw is stripped, metal bent and fixture put together wrong by manufacturer and the whole swing part needs to be replaced, and their option is to give me a discount to dispose of a bunch of metal away.. I cant use that swing without it working and clearly needs to be replaced when metal is bent and screws are stripped. They eventually agreed to refund me in full and now I need to get rid of the swing part and find something else in place I can attach to the base. 
Giving this 4 stars because both Walmart and Costway worked with me promptly to handle my refund. When an item doesnt do what it was made for, but customer service is there and do their part to work with you, to me thats important and it builds trust in the manufacturer and seller. So for that alone, heres a big THANK YOU!!! I appreciate good customer service on any given day.

Incredible customer service

we like it but dont hold up when its windy...the whole swing falls down

For starters, the instruction manual can be wrote out a little bit better it was the hardest thing to understand. Some of the screws that were supposed to twist in to hold the back part of the set up.  Some of those were impossible to screw in. There was dents in some of the parts and one of the parts I had to take a hammer to because of the end metal piece was bent out and broke.  Swing over all looks good once put together. But I would definitely consider on rewriting the manual directions handbook in order to put this swing together.

the cushions are very thin and they slide down. Also they are much lighter than pictured, more like off white that beige. When I got home and my husband had put the swing together, I was disappointed in the looks of the cushions. The swing is pretty sturdy though.

Not even 5 months on and when I went to sit down I fell through and messed my back up. Wasn't seriously hurt but happy it wasn't my 6 month pregnant wife who tried to sit down. I weigh 220 lbs and it's supposed to be able to hold 750lbs (obviously not)
