I just bought a rattan daybed but came without directions to assembling, any suggestions where i can get one please?

By far this is one of my best purchases from Amazon. I have received so many comments. I am only giving only 4 stars because it did take some time to put together and I am not a fan of the thin cushions, but otherwise perfect and worth the cost. I could not find anything similar with this price range.

While the finished daybed is nice, assembly is less than stellar. As stated by other reviewers, the instructions leave a bit to be desired. They are basically just drawings with almost no text. The biggest problem with putting it together is getting the parts to line up so the bolts can be installed without crossthreading them. I had to use long clamps to force a few pieces into alignment to get a few bolts threaded.If all you have to work with are the cheap wrench and allen key supplied, my sympathies are with you. I resorted to a ratchet wrench, a good ball end allen key, and a decent 10mm open end wrench. If you dont have these, I'd highly recommend trying to borrow them if you can.Best tip i can give is to NOT tighten anything on a subassembly until ALL the bolts have been started by hand.The finished daybed is nice for the price (saw similar in furniture store for more than 3x the price). They are decent, not great, could be thicker but they are reasonably comfortable.It looks very good on our lanai and i think it should serve us well for a good while.Finally, a big plus was no missing pieces and it was boxed very well.

A nice patio daybed but a bit tricky to assemble

This item was not too difficult to assemble, although it does take some time. The material it is made from is cheap, for example, using a power screwdriver, if you try to ensure a screw is tight, you might just be crushing the metal underneath it. I don't know if this will be a problem but so far it hasn't been. Also, when it rains, the cushions get waterlogged and even the hot florida sun doesnt dry them out that quickly. I sort of have to fling them around to get the extra water out. I probably should just scotchguard them but I haven't found a moment yet. The other problem is that when wet leaves fall on the cushions, they dye that spot brown. My biggest surprise was how low down to the ground it is. But, with all that being said, it does the job, it has shade, it's relatively comfortable for what it is, and it was a great price.

Has some problems but all in all it's a good buy

So at first I almost did not order this set due to all the negative review i had read everyone complaining on how long it took to put together . I am glad I did. Because it only took me a total of 3 hours to put this set together and that was with taking a break in between and by my self. The wife and I love this set we had ordered the matching 5 pcs conversation set for the patio (which took me 90min to put together) while this one sits on the pool deck.

It looks great! My husband built it split into two days, total about 4 hours. He is experienced with ikea, who he gets very frustrated with, but he not once got frustrated while building this! I did have him read the reviews so we were warned it probably wouldn't be easy. He rates it a 4/5 for building it. It looks very good and we have had it a few months and still looks perfect! How it holds up after a year is the true test, but for the price, it's an amazing deal!

Buy it!

The daybed is comfortable and looks beautiful.  It took my husband and I about 2-3 hours to put together. The directions are easy to follow but some of the holes did not line up and had to be muscled into place. We used our own screwdrivers and not the little tools included in the box. Have patience, we got frustrated but are very happy with it and have had several compliments. Wonderful value considering the price.

Great product, challenging assembly required

I honestly don't know what to rate this because I've been trying to put it together for the last 4 hours. Needless to say it is still in pieces on my patio.  I finally got so frustrated I hopped on walmart.com to see if others have had issues with assembly. I've put MANY pieces of furniture together and have never been so frustrated. I litterally just threw the peice I was working on across the lawn. My poor neighbors have heard so many curse words I'm sure I will never be invited to a community event again. 

Make sure you have an entire day and a doctorate in engineering prior to assembly. 

The product itself appears to be of high quality as it has sustained be throwing and punching it. I'm sure it can withstand weather if it can hold up to the beating I have been giving it.

Assembly not as easy as anticipated.

Would be nice to enjoy it if all the parts were here, screws missing, cushions incorrectly packaged, no manual to put together, will write more when said parts arrive and it's all together. Was meant to enjoy this at the weekend with family visiting but it's not going to happen a little bit p——d. Box was all torn up too

Missing in action

screws were missing, unfortunately the box was in storage for awhile before I put it together, also the chrome pieces are starting to rust its only been 2 months, since it has been up on the balcony

don't waste your money

Cheap, the bolts are rusty rusty rusty! The cover is very cheap looking and doesnt fit properly and the company doesnt stand behind the product
