Coming from an all-Apple household, with a MacBook Pro as my daily computer for a decade, I was apprehensive about the leap back to wintel computing. But alas, with nothing compelling happening at Apple laptop-wise, a recent HUGE security hole in High Sierra, and a premium pricing structure that I feel is no longer blindly justifiable, I decided now was the time to try greener pastures, and the Dell XPS 15 with Windows 10 was the device to make it happen. And I am SO thrilled with it! Aesthetically, I was instantly hooked, by both the look and feel of its sleek, light, classy and modern design. It feels great to behold, literally in your hands, and with yours eyes. With an impressive spoken setup wizard that was a snap to get through, I was up and running, productive and giddy with pleasure in moments. Of course it took me a good day or so for me to transition all my data, files, apps, etc that I had been using on Mac, and there are definitely things I enjoyed about Mac that I will miss for a bit or forever, but I am sincerely thrilled with this Dell XPS 15, and for the price that I was able to snag it here on EBay direct from Dell, it is an absolute no-brainer and I won’t be looking back anytime soon.
