I got this futon at a deal price for $103!!!! Almost saved more than 50% of the original price! The futon came in a huge packing.. so I would advise this futon to be getting shipped at home instead of store pick up. The futon assembly is pretty easy and took about 30 minutes to get it all in place! It is extremely comfortable and soft! The best part is the laptop stand and tray that allows you to work while relaxing on the futon + the armrest has a port for charging!!!!! which is the best feature.. 
I couldn't have asked for a better couch/futon for such a great price deal. Extremely satisfied with the service provided at the Walmart store when I went to pick up this futon. Thanks for all the help! 

I would definitely recommend this futon if you are looking for something comfortable as well as useful.

Great Futon (Sofa)

This is nothing like a regular futon. This is a couch. Futons generally have thin padding and you can feel the metal bars or wood frame when you sit down. This futon feels like a couch when you sit down and that's huge when you consider how much it costs. Besides the comfort it looks great. It looks really modern and the color (mine was grey) fits in with most decors. Outside of being a pretty normal futon it comes with two storage spots in each arm rest with a power source, usb, and a swivel laptop tray. Lastly the setup was pretty easy. The whole thing is only 5 pieces. The box was huge but an easy assembly. I received this product at a discounted price in return for my unbiased review.

Couch like quality

although the futon is not as comfortable as id like, its convenient enough that i am able to work on my laptop while sitting on it, instead of having the laptop on my legs or sitting on a traditional chair and table.  the material is good and so far have been durable.  does not absorb liquid which is great, making it easy for cleaning.  
the assembly is fairly simple about half an hour to put together.

Great Futon!

As with most furniture delivery when purchasing please know that they will only leave it at ground level at best.  You will need to carry the item the rest of the way if you are in a multi level home.  When we recieved this futon I made the mistake of carrying the entire box upstairs to our living area as I was concerned if I opened it and it was one piece I could not carry it up as easily.  Once I opened it I realized I could of unpacked the item and carry it piece by piece instead as it was unassembled pieces.  Assembly was pretty straight forward but we were delayed a bit as one of the arm rest pieces was labeled incorrectly according to the instructions.  After about 45 mins we then realized the mistake on labeling and reversed the pieces and all was well.  If it wasn't for that it should take about 45 mins total or less to assemble.  The futon is firm and looks nice for the price.  The storage area, usb, and power source inside each arm rest is pretty cool and the kids enjoy it.  The swivel pad for laptop rest on each side is a plus too.  Overall this seems like a pretty solid product and we are very happy with it.  Only complaint is the part mislabeling which made the process a bit stressful.  I recieved this product at a discounted price in return for my unbiased review.

Nice Futon with Cool Functions

My favorite part about the futon is that I can work on my laptop with the arm rests. One is a little easier to come out than the other but being able to have the charger and USB with an area to hold my notebook and remote was awesome. 

I have another futon that is more like a mattress but this one isn't as soft for comparison but is more like a couch. The design looks nice with the linen but a little hard when sitting on it. 

All in all I would recommend it. I received this product at a discounted price in return for my unbiased review.

Sturdy but not as soft as expected

The futon is very good. It's very comfortable to sit on. The assembly was straight forward, but it did take around 30-45 minutes to get it done. So far it's good. We are very happy with the futon.

Good one

I bought the futon 3 months ago after reading all the positive reviews. Since then, I have been disappointed by the futon because it is defective (in my opinion). The futon was making some weird noise when I would sit on it. The laptop trays do not work (do not lift). I found an old screwdriver in the back of the sofa. A corner of the futon was unstitched….
I got in touch with their customer service. There was no option to replace the entire futon. To get my full refund, I have to get rid of the futon and show them pictures. No apologies for the screwdriver…

Stay Away!!!

I read all the reviews and thought that this would be great for my apartment.  It arrived and after 3 hours of assembly, the back will not lock into place and the laptop trays do not left at all.  This was by far the worst purchase ever.  I called the maker of the furniture and the lady on the phone said they could send me the mechanisms for replacement. I inquired as to who would replace the mechanisms when they arrive and she stated that I would have to replace them. Since they are not accessible how would that be done?  Still does not solve the issue with the laptop trays that do not lift at all. I would absolutely not recommend this furniture to anyone.  Waste of money!
