Love this machine. Lightweight, powerful and I'm enjoying the dust detecting feature. I believe it really helps in ensuring I'm getting all the dirt I can't see with the flooring in my kitchen purposefully hiding it.

I bought this with anticipation of a new very hairy dog. Although we didn't end up with the dog I decided to keep this because I love it so much. It is lightweight and easy to use. The laser light makes finding dirt a mission. The carpet bar works great and doesn't wrap my long hair. Battery lasts long enough for me to vacuum my whole house (1600ft). I look forward to vacuuming every day because it is so fun!

I love this thing!

Definitely do not regret this purchase. It's light weight, portability, and multiple attachments make it very handy. It is easy to empty and the canister. The only things that would make it better are if it stood up on its own and came with an extra battery. The batter lasts a reasonable amount of time, but it's still a battery. An included extra for the price point would be nice. Other than that, no complaints.

I dreaded lugging out my vacuum, plugging it in and out as I moved from room to room, and struggling with its weight so much so that I waited until the dust bunnies population exploded. Now when I see a crumb, I grab my Dyson and think of the scene from Disney's Cinderella when Cinderella dances with her broom.

So light that it makes for light work.

Dyson exceeded my expectations so far . This vacuum is so light and quiet compared to my other vacuum. The laser light is incredible. You can see everything with this . It makes vacuuming fun . Which is crazy because I never liked vacuuming. On hardwood floors you only need to use Ecco mode which extends the battery life. High mode drains the battery really quick but o don't need to use it only for small space pick ups . Definitely recommend this . It comes with all necessary accessories you can wish for

I love this vacuum. I thought I had a good one until I got the V12. It is amazing and picks up so much dirt, dander, hair, and all things I have on my floor. I love all the different vacuum heads it comes with. I was never wanting a Dyson because of the price. Got this one on sale and I have zero regrets. Dyson fan fit life.

Perfect for my house

The wand that holds the power head broke. Dyson acknowledges this is a warranty issue but claims they have no parts. I asked for a new machine as this one is useless without the wand. They maintain we have to wait indefinitely until a part is available,  no timeline is even offered. Will never buy Dyson again!

Dyson does not honor warranty

We purchased this vacuum to upgrade our older v6, this vacuum's charge last less time than our v6 and it only really works well if used on turbo mode, which gives you literally 7 minutes run time. Today, vacuuming under my bed, the vacuum stick became loose and came apart. It's not something that you can just nap back together. I'm panicking that I threw away $500
