I didn’t realize I was buying a refurbished model so when it arrived I was skeptical. But I love it. The suction power is great. I doesn’t last super long, but enough to do what I need to. I don’t like that you have to squeeze the trigger the entire time, I wish it had a way to stay like a gas pump does, but all in all I’m very happy with it. I love that I can get into low, right places like under the bed.

I don’t have a lot of carpet in my house, mostly wood floors. So this is perfect for me. I have the ease of simply grabbing her and following my little crumb makers around without having to hope the cord of the vacuum reaches everywhere my 9 month old can. If I need to vacuum the car out really quick- I can and don’t have to go get the shop vac out and all the extension cords!
The battery charge holds a substantial amount of time. Enough for me to get my floors done. The canister is small, and I do find myself emptying it out at least twice when I do all the rooms of my house. I also live on a farm- so we have a lot of dirt! But it’s easy to empty and not a huge deal to me.
Love this vacuum very much.

I have a short hair pit/curr am doin he shed some like crazy. I went from sweeping the house twice a day just to control it to running around with this thing for 15 minutes tonight and it did a fantastic job. It is so light and easy to get into tight spaces. It fit underneath most furnishings and into all my tight corners. The suction on it is great. Sad to say that I filled up the whole canister on only half of the right in the kitchen but that speaks more to the amount of dog hair than the size of the canister.

I never write reviews but feel inclined to do so after getting this on a lighting deal. If you are looking for deep cleaning, skip this. This is absolutely meant for daily, light vacuuming or quick messes. It’s suction is awesome! On max power, the battery is limited for sure. Again, not meant for cleaning the whole house in one shot. And without a ball, pushing in carpet is an arm work out for sure. However, this is the lightest, quietest vacuum I have ever used. I can use the low power on my hard wood floors while my kids watch TV with no complaints. It is so easy to move on the stairs, bare floors and couches. All of the attachments are so helpful. It’s nice to be able to clean out my kids’ car seats without it being an ordeal and it can get into every crevice. Great purchase! Just know what to expect with a lightweight, cordless vacuum.

BE AWARE: refurbished item at a discounted price

Vacuum came with a sheet of paper saying it was refurbished at a genuine Dyson facility using genuine Dyson parts.

With that said, the vacuum works fine, BUT it would of been nice if the word "refurbished" was used in the description.

Comes with all of the necessary attachments and wall mount. All of the attachments are easy to disconnect and reconnect via a small push-in button. Wall mount also acts as the charging station. VERY convenient in my opinion.

Sometimes the motorized attachment will make a horrible squeaking noise when in use, but goes away after a short period. If I were to use a little bit of WD-40, or some other lubricant, it would probably fix the issue.

The low suction setting is good for hard, solid surfaces. The max suction setting is good for carpets/rugs/couch cushions, etc.

The battery has not given me any problems. As soon as I'm done using it, I put it back on the wall mount so it can charge up whatever power I used. I have yet to fully drain the battery within one use, but that is mainly due to living in a small apartment.

Overall, it's a Dyson and does the job, but would of been nice to know that I was purchasing a refurbished product.

I have to say I am impressed with this little stick vac. Very light weight, well balanced and with a set of useful powered and unpowered attachments. For most scenarios, the low speed is fine and it lasts as well as I would expect from a cordless with a motorized head. Note though if you choose to increase the power via its switch, it will drain the battery quit fast. Highly recommended especially when or if it goes on sale.
