Easy to put together.. My grand children love it... The item was a little heavy for the workers....

Delivery date was 10 days out from the order because it was a freight item. It arrived ahead of schedule. Good job! Box was severely damaged. But wait! Eastpoint packages the actual item as a box-within-a-box. So the inner box was okay. Good job! All items were neatly packed and easily removed, and there was no damage to any of the product. Good job! Now this is not a criticism, only an observation. You have to remember, it is a $750 table-not a $7500 table. They had to save money somewhere. When put together, it is attractive on the side porch of our creek front house. It plays well. Now, if you are an avid player you will probably frown a little at the smaller size and maybe the Sunbrella playing field, but for home entertainment, it is A+. Be aware. This sucker is heavy. We have an elevator. But if you have to carry it up steps-eat your Wheaties. 
I have only one negative. And that is with the shipping company Jet used-Pilot Freight. The driver was awesome-putting it in our carport. But nothing in the truck was secured. While he was unloading, I was able to see in the back. There were multiple boxes scattered all around and laying sideways and on one another. There was a flat screen TV laying half on its side being crushed by several large boxes. Maybe that is why Eastpoint packages there table so well.

Nice Purchase

Saw a table like this one in a magazine but this one is a quarter of the price. Worth every penny! It looks great and I love the added ping pong top! Was a hit at my family BBQ.

Fun Outside!

I did not want to compromise my outdoor vibe with some big bulky blue and black monstrosity. So this table caught my eye.  Not very big but actually pretty perfect without overwhelming the space. Its the size of a small quarter table. The colors are beautiful. Plays surprisingly well even though its wood. Easy to put together, the top comes in one piece, we put it on its side, put the legs and wicker panels on and flipped it . 2 adults 1/2 hour no problem. However, the box it arrived in is CRAZY heavy. Three layers of boxes packed very well. No damage. Best to just unpack it where it stands. Once you get to the actual inner box take the ping pong pieces out and then you should be able to pick up the pool table top with 2 strong adults.  Arrived 2 days after I ordered it! Way ahead of schedule. Great service. This table is perfect for tiki bar/ pool side out door fun with the kids do not expect a pool hall quality table. I am giving it 4 stars because it has a little bit of bubbling on the playing surface and it looks like something is poking through on top of one of the rails.  The ping pong set is not very good but still fun, we will probably pick up some better paddles and balls. Overall this table is a great choice for the patio!

5 stars if it had the diamonds/dots around the border. How can i aim? Also no dot for cue ball or racked balls!! No place to hang rack!!  One screw could not be placed in corner leg due to metal fragments blocking screw hole. Beautiful wicker, looks very nice. Fairly easy to put together. 2 adults put it together, flipped it.  Practically level but good idea to level it with regular or machinist level or so I've read. Very pleased except for no sights.

Awesome table.  Needs diamond dots.

I really like it but just disappointed that it came dented on one side and within 3 days the tennis top is starting to peal and that's with no rain and covered with a different tarp than what it came with because the factory one was too small to cover it.

Nice table, a bit hard to level, because not enough threads on the leveling feet, as most outdoor surfaces are so out of level. I am currently dealing with the manufacturer, as the table tennis top arrived damaged.

Big hit for BB-Q's

After the first few months the ping pong top completely  delaminated. By the end of the second summer the entire pool table had warped and lifted off the metal frame rendering it completely useless.

Pool table came with staples sticking out of felt. Table tennis top has yellow paint splattered all over it as if someone previously owned and stained it. Would not recommend this crappy product. Spend a few extra bucks and get a better table. Im unable to speak to customer service and cannot initiate a return. Walmart has that the table has shipped and its still in route even though it was delivered days ago.

Do not buy! These are deff previously used!
