This robotic lawnmower is packed with incredible and practical tech. It was easy to setup and mows our complex acre lot with great quality cuts. I can't believe how well it is doing overall. Really well built device!

I really wanted this thing to be real but sadly it's got a long way to go before you can use it reliably.  The technology (or brains) is amazing.  Sadly, no matter where I installed it the signal comes and goes.  I even put it on my roof.  It operates from satellites and as we know satellites are not stationary.  I figured out when the signal was stronger and decided to just live with this thing's quirks because it truly is an amazing technology.  But after two weeks of dragging it around and looking like a lunatic in my yard trying to position it's very sensitive antenna I managed to mow maybe 1/4 of my lawn.  The actual blade cannot cut much of anything (it's 3 tiny razors on a plastic wheel) also after mowing my 1/4 of lawn it started to make sounds like it was going to break.  This thing is a plastic toy race car and nothing more.  Don't waste your time or money.  They need a gas powered version with some actual…oh I don't know…real metal?  

Also you can't leave it alone.  It is constantly getting stuck in any soft areas.  My last attempt was just to babysit it.  I went inside for 20 minutes and it was tangled up in a fence when I came back.

So, I get the lawnmower. Keeps saying excellent reception and install the antenna and then when I try to map the lawn, it states I have a weak signal. I've had it for almost two weeks and haven't been able to use it yet. Customer service is terrible. Thinking I need to just return it and go traditional. This is ridiculous.

Big mistake

It was continuously going out of boundary and asking to move in boundary, I packed and returned same day, however Walmart refused the return and didn't get any refund. I was asked to claim via credit card , which is strange.

Didn't worked

I jumped on the deal at 999 as this was the mower I was eying since it came out. I am still waiting for it but will be returning it as after joining their Facebook page, I discovered someone who has reached out to the company prior to buying it on Walmart (what I should have done) was told that the company will stop producing this model and will not be creating a new model and will not be issuing any more firmware updates. 

So what seems to be a great deal is effectively a bad deal as you will be buying a product that won't be supported should you have any issue with it. 

This is a shame that this company be allowed to sell this product on Walmart knowing that many of the buyers will end up with no-one to talk to once the company stops supporting the product.

BEWARE - ECOFLOW IS DISCONTINUING THIS MOWER

I extremely disappointed! I am a fan of ECOFLOW. They make some excellent products, but this Robot is not ready for market use. I purchased 3 of these Robots. 2 for my house, and 1 for my parents. I spent days setting them up bc I so wanted them to work. I followed all the instructions and even watch videos online. 1 robot started to work but would NOT obey any commands the next day. I could not even turn it off.  Another one would NOT even recognize my iPhone bluetooth the majority of the time, even when my bluetooth is on, and my phone touching the device. I would give 0 if I could.

Very Disappointed as a Fan!!!!

Trash.. Not good.. Its been avoiding invisble obstacles rhe whole time. And its actually discontinued now

Not good

Ecoflow started well with the device with constant communication and support, delivering firmware updates every 2 weeks but for the last 3 months, they stopped updating the device, no communication on their social media accounts (fb, Reddit, etc) and when asked, they dont answer. Device needs a lot more features being able to a zone within a map, camera access, etc

I wouldn't recommend buying just due to the above

Manufacturer stopped supporting device

Just terrible.  You have to mount the base station far away from any obstacles or it won't get signal.  It would constantly get lifted simply by trying to turn around.  It never once mowed in straight lines.  It was so much worse than I can describe here.  I returned it.
