(Updated at the end with a different outcome)So far the motion detection is not good , keeps alerting to vehicles outside the activity zone and missed me walking inside the activity zone and missed UPS also inside the activity zone. I’m testing the rest of the cameras.Updated May 15 2021 , The camera has missed sending me alerts 3 times while driving in and out of my garage is not alerting to the activity zone. However is alerting to almost every car that drives out of the zone either on people alert only or alert to all movement . I see no difference it keeps missing the important area and alerting to the area I don’t want .Updated 5/22/21 switched cameras to see if that particular camera was defective and the next one is still missing amazon drivers walking inside my activity zone but alerts to lots and lots of vehicle way far out and away from my activity zone .Eufy needs to work on this issue missing people walking in my property is a BIG deal! I will try another brand half the price and update here so buyers are informed.June 9, 2121 I contacted Eufy and a representative reviewed my videos he or she told me how to fix the problem, for some reason the cameras trigger alerts when they have an obstacle to close to them so I installed longer arms to 3 of them and placed the fourth one in a different position and guess what... Not a single false alert!!! Unbelievable, I even had to apologize to the representative because I tough the recommendation made no sense but it worked. As for the other brand it worked almost the same way buy did not record as long as Eufy so not only I am staying with Eufy but I am buying more of their new products that will be available this year.
