One of the fun features of the saucer is that the baby can rock, spin, and bounce. The base is is a saucer shape so the baby can rock around.

The base does wobble but not that much, just enough to rock your baby if needed

It's designed to be flexible so the baby can bounce or wobble a bit

the base is stationary - the top part wobbles on its springs only if the baby practices little jumping movements. baby shouldnt wear socks or anything slippery, so feet can grip the base.

It wobbles but not easily, only with a lot of forceful movement. The wobbling is also very minor: I would describe it as rocking; no pitching at all.

The base is slightly concave so that it wobbles a bit with baby. It doesn't move so much that it is dangerous, just enough to encourage baby to keep active.

The bottom is a saucer, hence Exersaucer. It will rock and wobble and it does bounce as well.

The saucer is more round and NO it is no flat, that help babies learn to balance as they learn to develop the strength to stand without support. Baby can bounce the circle saucer helps.

Yes, it does. It has little wheels that run in a track inside the "seat hole" so it turns smoothly all the way around in either direction.

Yes. The seat that baby sits in can rotate 360...once my baby figured that out, she got a kick out of it! Really funny stuff!

Indeed it does, so if baby's feet do reach the platform, he can spin himself around, or mom can turn him around to always see what he's doing and be sure he is safe. Very light and portable to carry (or push) room to room as well.

Yes ti does spin to let them play with everything. My grandson, 4 months can not spin it yet but the toys can be put in any order. So the ones he loves to play with are in the front where he sits.
