I'm 6'5" 300  lbs and have had back problems. This table works great and it's sturdy.

VERY GOOD PRODUCT, A LOT MORE PADDED THAT THE TEETER, EASY TO USE.

A bit tedious to assemble but the hardware was organized by steps which was very helpful.  The massage/heating lumbar pad is really nice.  Very comfortable in general.  Sturdy and well built.  Great value.

This therapy table is one of the best in town and the heat effect make it even better. It's great to have the heat when your muscle are hurting. I also love the fact that your feet stay locked in place for safety.

Great back reliever

Well, I won't say that the assembly of this chair was all peaches and creams, but I will say that the end result is quite marvelous. You have to be patient when assembling this chair and you will need help. Please don't try to assemble on your own! If you're into assembling most of the things you purchase online you shouldn't have much difficulty assembling this chair. 


You need to follow the directions carefully and seek a physician's permission before using for those who suffer from hypertension, high blood pressure and certain spinal injuries. This inversion chair is adjustable from the height of about 4ft 9 to 6ft.6 inches. It has an adjustable ankle holder with a lever you push down on and open to insert and remove your ankle once completed. I personally won't stay upside down for over 1-2 minutes, as I didn't need to, what's nice is that I could enjoy relief in other positions with the heat and massage on. 

Oh! And the heating pad and massage apparatus is a dream. So, if you're health conscious and wish to relieve back aches, etc., you'll love this chair just as much as I do. I would definitely recommend.

Love this!

I've been in the market for an inversion table for a while after hearing from a close friend how great they are post workout. Set up was easy. The nuts and bolts in were labeled with numbers and the directions were clearly laid out, step by step. The features of the table are wonderful too. It is easily adjustable based on height and the lumbar support can be moved easily with a velcro placement. I had no problem getting on it and inverting to stretch out. It felt great! The added feature of the heat and massage are perfect for your post workout therapy and the surelock technology makes you feel secure. I would recommend this item highly to anyone interested in an inversion table.

Great Features, Wonderful Stretch

This inversion table is very heavy duty, it weighs 75 pounds. It is completely stable! The height adjustment is easy and very positive. It is very easy to get in and out of with the adjustment handle sticking up within easy reach, and it locks on your legs very securely.

It was not that hard to put together if you follow the instructions and the package of parts it is very easy. It works very well just make sure your height adjustment is adjusted for you.

EXERPEUTIC 375SL Inversion Table

The Exerpeutic 375SL certified heat and massage therapy inversion table was delivered to my house in one large box and after dragging it inside, I opened it up and removed all the pieces and started looking through the owner's manual. As a man I figured this would be a snap, but boy was I wrong. It took me several times of reading the manual and putting it together and then taking it back apart to do it all over again the right way. These instructions are very confusing (or just maybe it's my old age) and they talk about the left or right side but leave out witch way they are looking at it. (Just for your information it's your left when on the table). Anyway it took me about two hours to get it together for the final time, but you may get it done in about an hour. Anyway it has an adjustable leg boom from 4'9” to 6'6” and up to 300 pounds. I'm 6'2” and it was right on the money. After stepping on and locking my legs in, I adjusted the back massage pillow and found the table to be fairly balanced. It was very easy for me to lay back as the table slowly tilted back a bit and I was able to grab the handlebars and move myself to the upside down position that I felt most comfortable with. I must say that this is the first time I have been on an inversion table, but overall this table seems to work really well. It has a lock so you can set it to lean back to 20, 35, 55, 75 degrees or just remove the pin all together. Good luck,
