I made chicken wings and sprayed oil very little oil on one side only. Turned out great

I have used my air fryer with no oil and also a sprinkle of oil on my fries turns out great. Very easy clean up. Got this as a Christmas present and am enjoying trying new things.

When I use my fryer, I spray once and let the food cook.  I have been delighted every time.  Clean up is so easy.

I make homemade fries from russet potatoes and they turn out great every time. I put them in a separate basket, spray with olive oil spray, season, then shake them up. So far, fries are the only food I use any oil on.  I don&#39;t even pre-heat. I just throw them in and turn it on to 400 and time for 15 minutes. I could probably avoid spraying with oil, but the seasoning wouldn&#39;t stick as well and they would be drier.  The fryer is advertised as oil-less or &quot;little&quot; oil but some people are forgetting that. The tiny amount of oil you might use is FAR less than a conventional deep fryer.

Most foods don't require any oil at all...like chicken nuggets, fries, onion rings etc. But some frozen foods to require some oil in order to get them browned. Frozen okra was one of those foods, it just didn't want to brown properly.

my fryer works the same way. I&#39;ve noticed that works best when food doesn&#39;t totally fill the container and there&#39;s room between food items.  It also needs to be preheated for about 5 minutes before you add food.

It doesn&#39;t use a filter. The air vent in back must be unblocked to work correctly. Make sure you move it out from walls and cabinets when in use.

Yes. Make sure you preheat for 5 minutes before putting food in basket. The burger or dog should be thawed. Don&#39;t overstuff the basket so it won&#39;t all cook well. Air must circulate around food. Burger done in 10. Dog in 5.

It is blowing hot air  from the back only one-side and I have to increase both temp and time from recommended to get food fully cooked: is it normal?

This appliance fries things. Since you don&#39;t &quot;fry&quot; a cake, I am perplexed by your question. Donuts are fried cakes... but that&#39;s not what you asked... but no, you can&#39;t fry donuts in this thing, either.

Yes, you can, but you have to purchase a different pan for it. There are recipes for cakes in the little cookbook that comes with it if you don&#39;t want to use a mix too.

I have owned this for 6 months now. It won&#39;t accommodate a standard 8&quot; round cake pan, but I&#39;ve used aluminum pot pie pans to bake cake, and aluminum 1/4 loaf pans to make banana bread.

Being a diabetic I go thru my fair share of sugar free cake mixes. Can you do a cake mix with this unit ??? Thanks

I have precious little counter space in my little kitchen, but this has a permanent home!  I absolutely adore this thing.  Best thing I've gotten since I got the Ninja 3 in 1 cooker.  Those are the two appliances that have a home on my counter.

Chicken wings in the fryer are awesome.  You can also make some awesome brats or dogs in it and get a nice crispy crunch to the skins.  I've done a few roasted veggies that are awesome.  The quiche I made got a little over done but was terrific.

I had bought the NuWave from QVC and absolutely hated that thing.  I sold it before my convenient 5 pay option was over.  It was so cumbersome and awkward to use in my small kitchen.

The clean up on this one is so easy. you basically just rinse it out and dry it off.  Attaching a picture of some wings I did today with some homemade blue cheese.

We just got this thing and I was skeptical but it works really well.  I cleaned it and followed the instructions to fry a couple of potatoes cut into fries.  I placed the cut pieces in a container along with a tablespoon of oil and shook them up to coat the potato pieces.  Then fried them according to the instructions and they were great.

Easy Frying

LOVE this air fryer and what a great value! Crisps food much quicker than an oven can, with little to no oil! Much healthier eating... Cook meat, veggies... Even desserts!

I made French fries and they were perfectly crispy. At first I thought I should have gotten a smaller unit, but this size is perfect for 1-2 people. You don't have to cook several batches this way. Overall, so far, very pleased.

I love this air fryer!  The round basket is very handy and easy to clean.  There are so many things to Fry in it I'm not sure if I'll be able to try them all.  I have fixed chicken drum sticks, French frys, salmon, corn dogs, hot dogs, small potatoes cut in half flavored with garlic and toasted a bread bowl.  Everything turned out wonderful.  So many more things to try.

I saw a commerical about an air fryer. I wanted to buy it so bad but it was over $150. Im in my early 20s and thats not my budget. I checked reviews on WalMart and seen this fryer. The reviews are true!! And the price is a steal.

The appliance itself is beautiful. Fits perfectly on your counter top and matches any kitchen scheme. Its self explantory and easy to use! I tested almost everything within moments I got it. Fries, nuggets & raw seasoned chicken!

My famous broiled chicken no longer needs to go in the oven! This quart fit all 5 pieces of chicken breast in there!! I flipped a few times for even cooking but its like a mini oven.

Eating healthy is hard and this makes me so happy. I dont have to sacrifice my fav foods.
