The day following installation, it rained, but no water entered and could be heard dripping through the gutter-like system it has into the columns. Excellent customer service, which followed up to make sure everything was fine with the purchase and delivery.

After a little more than two years, we are still pleased with the product.  Don't believe the scare tactics used in other videos against this product; leave the louvers open. We leave the louvers open in the winter and have had ZERO issues with snow collecting on the top (this includes twice this past winter when two storms dropped about 24' of heavy wet snow).

Once the support frame is up, assembly is rather simple. Just extremely boring.  I set it up in about a day and a half. I'm working on the anchoring, though, one beam at a time. Happy construction, everybody. I also tested it in water using a hose, and it performed admirably.

Rating would have been higher but there was a minor component missing, which I hope won't cause much drama to resolve. Other than that, I really like the look; the construction is quite solid. Because they enjoy it so much, assemblers wanted to buy some for themselves.

Practically 100 percent satisfied with Buy.

Assembling the product was our first step after receiving it.  The directions were simple to understand in our opinion.  Only my husband and I worked on it, and it took us a full day and a half.  I would advise having it delivered to your garage or another area where you can open it up to sort the supplies because the boxes are pretty hefty.

Extraordinary Find.

The product's durability and attractiveness have earned our praise. It was inexpensive and had a decent appearance online. The paint's surface was flawless and free of dents. When it was rapidly delivered, it took a day to set together. We are happy we purchased it because we truly appreciate the adjustable shade. For a different side, we will get a different hue.

Due to a stock issue, I ultimately purchased this from another vendor. Omg, I love it and have no issues. The build is simple if you're not negligent, and the instructions are not at all bad; I was expecting a nightmare. I had to turn one of the supports because I was negligent, not because of the instructions.

Was looking at purchasing a pergola and came upon this one during the search. Saw the reviews on this particular pergola and decided to go ahead and purchase. price was marked down so i thought even better especially on a pergola with louvers. The major issue was the delay in arrival. That was related to the CEVA logistics company due to drivers having emergencies so it took two more weeks before we finally received. When it arrived it was packaged well! With it coming internationally i expected some damage, but my suprise everything was in perfect condition. Manual was easy to follow. There is an installation video that we found on Amazon's website for this product Gardesol 10x10 louvered pergola under videos that was very helpful for the entire install. Due to me and husband putting together after work and when it wasn't raining, it took us a few days to finally get it finished.  We didnt want to rush and make sure we put together right. The one issue we ran into was the last step with connecting the louvers. The screws would not go in all the way. It was challenging enough being up on ladder on a raised deck. We decided to go to Home Depot find a close match. we used the Everbilt %238 x 3/4 in. truss head phillips drive lath self-drilling screws and they worked perfectly! i couldnt find them in black so silver will have to do. Truly LOVE LOVE LOVE  this pergola! Ordered a 10 x 10 mosquito netting so that i can enclose. Slot on inside so you can hang lights or curtains with S hook. Also on the crank with handle, it wont crank if you didnt tighten the screw good. So all in all, this is a great pergola. Just be patient with shipping because it is coming from outside the U.S. so it has to clear customs. They did respond to my emails when i emailed them trying to locate pergola after it was delayed several times. So glad i didnt get frustrated and cancel for a full refund! This fits our space perfectly!

Great pergola

After reading all the reviews and examining all the photos, we decided to purchase this pergola.  We frequently experience wind gusts of more than 50 mph where we reside.  It needed to be strong!  A nor'easter recently passed through.  This pergola performed admirably with the louvers slightly open.  I like how rainwater drains from the poles so you won't get wet while sitting underneath it in the rain.

Totally Love this Pergola.

There wasn't a single item that wasn't dented or scuffed. The finished product is gorgeous! Due to the back slat walls and the addition of black metal, the overall appearance is distinctive. The top shade screen is of excellent quality and nearly repels light rain as well.
