I did not purchase this from Amazon but directly from Costway (they bought GoPlus) because it is cheaper there. I have used it for 30 minutes and here's what I know: -It is as noisy as most reasonably priced treadmills. - It took five minutes from porch to setup. - it comes with a box of "stuff" that you will need to figure out. -The orange thing on a string clips magnetically to the yellow dot on the control board. You will not start the treadmill without this safety clip. - The power button is to the left, and slight recessed, next to the screw that you put in to hold the console upright. Just keep feeling around, you will find it. - Download the Smart Treadmill app. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Turn on the treadmill. Top right of the app it will show connected/disconnected. Tap that. The treadmill name will be there. Tap it to connect/disconnect. This app is a much better way to select programs and set modes than using the control board on the treadmill. -The Smart Treadmill app can be fickle. If it freezes just leave it, it will start again. If it closes, just reopen it. After a few rounds, it worked great. +When you stop the treadmill, get off before it completely stops because it STOPS when it reaches zero. Not going to kill you but slightly annoying. -Distance is in kmh not mph. Remember this and make the adjustments. - I do not know how to use the USB device but in guessing it is a means to install updates. -No idea how to use the heart rate monitor either. When I figure out more, I emailed be back because I really think this Treadmill is worth owning and I love figuring things out.

Perfect size for 5'8" with room to spare. There IS a power button.

Just received this machine yesterday and used it this morning. Here are the pros and cons:Pros:-It is perfect for small apartments. I live in a studio apartment and it is the perfect size. It folds up nice and doesn't take up much room-The machine came already put together. No hassle trying to build it! That is perfect since I'm a female and live by myself and I don't have the greatest record in putting things together.-It's relatively quiet-While small and compact, the belt is still wide enough and long enough for an averaged sized person. For reference, I am 5'7 and 125 lbs and I have more than enough space/room on the machine.-Low costCons:-The manual does not indicate where the power button is. I plugged in my machine and thought it was defective at first. I searched the entire machine, and FINALLY found the power button way at the bottom on the opposite side of the power cord. It was not an easy find.-The mileage doesn't calculate correctly. The machine told me I ran about 2.3 miles while my apple watch told me I ran 1.75 miles. Based on my mile per hour stride and my history of running, I know that my apple watch was calculating correctly. This is not important to me since I will be keeping track of my mileage on my watch, but it might be important to some people.-This isn't for super fast runners. I am not a fast runner, so it's fine for me, but if you are a sprinter or naturally have a fast pace this might not be challenging enough for you.-From what I can tell (maybe I'm wrong) there is no pause button. So you have to end your workout if you need to take a quick break and start over again.Overall, for me, the pros outweighed the cons . But I hope this will help others in making their decision.

Good for small spaces

Worse purchase ever made. I would return it but my husband destroyed the box! Itâs not worth the money spent. Has no automatic incline, sounds terrible and cheap. Good perhaps for the elderly.

Cheap!!

I ordered this treadmill in April 2020 and for the first four months of regular use, it worked perfectly well. In the last month or so, however, the machine has become unpredictable and shuts-off unexpectedly while in use.  It acts as though the emergency shut-off has been triggered and stops with enough jolt to potentially cause a serious injury. Luckily, the first time this happened, I was walking and thought it was a fluke, but it has continued to happen at different time intervals and speeds. At this point, the machine is unusable because of the random shut-offs and I have had no luck getting the issue resolved with Costway.

Please spend a bit more money and get something that will actually function for you and not put you at risk of an injury.

Cheap, Bordering on Dangerous

USB charger does not work out of the box. Not sure what to do with it.

You get what you pay for. This treadmill is cheap and flimsy. If you try to go up on the speed it starts to smell as if it's burning. I thought it would be fine if it didn't have arm handles on the side but I was wrong. It wobbles too much. Also it came cracked.

Cheap and NOT worth it!

Garbage cheap made product for the fine price of $499. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy this product because you'll regret it. Cheap, small and expensive. Honest review.

CHEAP

The details on this website say the max speed is 7.5 mph, but it only goes 10 km/hr (6.2 mph). Actually it even feels much slower than that when running at max speed. There's no way that treadmill was even going 6.2 mph when I just ran on it. I'm very disappointed because I read all of the details before choosing which treadmill to buy, and your website here specifically says 7.5 mph. That is a HUGE difference.

Not as advertised!

Save your money and DO NOT BUY. Treadmill stops working after 20 seconds walking on belt. Problem has persisted. Tried to contact customer service through e-mail - no response. Tried to contact through phone - 60- 80 minutes waits with no assistance.

Junk Treadmill

Plastic won't match up at seams. This thing is junk.  No pin. Metal bent.

I purchased this treadmill for my small apartment. I needed something I could store when not in use and that would be easy to bring out when my lodge littlw ones go to bed. I ran 6 miles going 9.6 mph and the workout was amazing. It was a smooth run and even being a small size home treadmill. I am very happy with the purchase, the look, and the run.
