little complicated to assemble and only thing I can say is quality couldve been a little better for the brand but I'm still new to this so overall it's really cute and I love it, hopefully when my girl comes she will love it too, i like how it's almost a bassinet, changing table and crib all in 1!! I'm gonna keep it by my bed and hopefully use as a bassinet, seems super convenient in my opinion, hopefully it works good once she's here and using it!!:). 3 more weeks!!!!

It was really easy to put together. Took roughly thirty minutes.

I purchased the pack 'n play as a gift.  I also purchased a 2-year Walmart Protection Plan.  I received an email from Allstate confirming the “Walmart Protection Plan" and providing additional plan information.  The “Device Detail” states the covered item is an “Electronics item.”  Incorrect - I now have to contact Allstate to have this changed to a pack 'n play.  Hoping there are no problems.  Be sure to read everything!

didn't like all the assembly or having to use the " one" mattress for playpen, bassinet, or full bassinet use. the changing station is only attached to the outter part of playyard, then inner side is just " dangling" weird. Absolutely returning it.

way to much to assemble

While setting it up I was very excited it was looking nice. But I was winging it . There was no instructions or any cushions for the things on the top…

I got this as a baby shower gift and honestly, I wish the gifter would've gotten the one that was on my registry originally because I do NOT like this one. The changing table piece is so weak and unsteady that it leaned downward the second I'd lay her down even as a 7lb newborn. She's 4 months and 16lbs now and I can't even use it because I feel like she's going to fall out. Also, why is the canopy arch with the dangly stars only attaching onto the lift up bassinet?? My daughter is tall so we don't use that piece anymore, but the arch doesn't clip onto the sides. I tried pushing as hard as I could and it immediately popped off. The only way I can put it up is by attaching it to the already unstable changing table and the loose piece of fabric between the plastic clips on the other side. That's not safe at all because all it takes is for her to grab one of the stars and that thing is going to fall and hit her in the face. That's such a letdown because she's only 4 months and still loves that attachment. I have a mobile on her crib that's thankfully safe for her to reach up at, but my point is that I should've been able to use this arch longer by clipping it to the sides of the actual pack and play. It's cute and I love the stars, but this is just not a good design. If you're considering this one, I'd maybe check out other brands or just a different style pack and play by Graco. This one needs work. I wish you could trade these things in like cars or something.

Unstable changing table and canopy arch issues

Opened my Pack N Play today and the mat that inserts into the bassinet was missing. I tried to get a hold of customer service thru Walmart to see if maybe we could establish communication with Graco cause only that piece was missing but the representative just issued a refund without me consenting to that and told me to reorder but I don't need another pack n play I just needed the one piece missing. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience since I'm very close to having my baby.

This pack and play was unfinished and didn't come with instructions or all of the things to put it together so now I have to return it and get something else for my baby the diaper organizer is not sturdy enough just stay away from this product it's not worth it!

No instruction manual, it was extremely hard to put up. I had to put it up without the bassinet and changing table (only used the matress)
