The digital out port is a toslink connection not digital coaxial however a 20 dollar converter will enable you to connect any sound system. I used it to connect to an old school rca jack on my surround system.

This is a fine tv. Picture and sound is amazing for a budget tv. I have a calibration disc and this tv was darn near spot on right out of the box. Couldn't be happier. Wish cable providers would upgrade to 4k. These guys would fly off the shelf. Luckily it comes with some 4k apps. Only complaintno browser so your stuck with their app. Still Boss for the Money.

Solid budget tv

I asked my boss for 2 28" 4K monitors last year.  He said no, those are too expensive, and a few weeks later, this TV showed up at my office.   My boss said this was as cheap as 1 of the monitors I had asked for, and that I would get more screen real estate from it anyway.  I wasn't about to argue the normal issues with using a TV as a monitor (let alone the absurdity of a 60" 4K monitor), so I plugged it into my desktop and went about doing the setup.  Basically, this thing is never going to be great for PC gaming, and is too bright for use in dark rooms.  However, under the ridiculous fluorescent lighting in my office, this does not wash out like some actual PC monitors do, and well, who can argue with 60" of screen real estate?  I liked this so much I got a 43" 4K tv for my home PC's monitor (different brand / model, but it is working the same or better).  Frankly, at this price, this TV is hard to beat.  Is the picture quality as good as my Sony XBR 800 series Android TV?  Not even close...but then again, it's not $1,500 either...

Very good for a PC Monitor

Been using this tv daily for almost 2 years. Never a problem. Beautiful picture quality.
We now own 3 Hisense brand tv's of different sizes.  Very happy with all of them.

Almost 2 years of daily use

After our grand-daughter played the bongo drum on our last one we couldn't bring ourselves to spend another $800 on a new TV so soon. After shopping around the local stores we purchased this online for at the incredible deal of $390. We had seen the Hisense TV's in the stores but were unfamiliar with the brand; Our past purchases have been Samsung

60" TV for &lt; $400... A Steal!

Great picture and sound.  Has multiple options for each.  The "app stores", I think there are several, I've never heard of or most of their offerings.  Has Vudu, YouTube, Netflix but not Amazon. There is a setting to link with Alexa, which I don't want.  I would just like to get my Amazon Prime Videos. So my only complaint is regarding the available apps.

SMART 4K TV 60"

Actually 4.5..  For the money, great deal.  I noticed Hisense stands behind their product (previous messages) and took a $398 leap.  Glad I did!  I think I got the last one because after I bought it I told a friend within hours and Walmart was sold out.  Im not even sure Hisense makes this size anymore, so instant collector's item!!

Nice price but visual quality not what I expected. But it's a pretty good buy.

I am a little disappointed with the product. I previously had the 55-inch model which I thought was a very good tv, it offered a very sharp image very bright colors and a decent brightness. Then I decided to buy this same model but 60 inches but I was not very surprised with the result, unlike the 55-inch model, the image looks less bright and the colors are less vibrant, when I compare it side by side with the model 55 there was actually a better image result in the model of 55. even so the image quality is still good and the hdr at least in games does a very good job
