As a woman with 2 large dogs, living in less than 700 square ft apartment home (with no entry closet) I don't know why I didn't get this earlier. It saved me space and I was able to make things much less cramped in my entry and living area as a result. I did not fix it to the wall and it seems stable. I would suggest having a drill on hand since the plywood bench piece did not come with holes pre drilled, i used my drill to make some before screwing in the wood screws.. Otherwise was super easy for me as one person to assemble!

Great storage item!

does the job . holds everything and more I'm surprised it hasn't tipped over especially in the winter/ the only bad thing about it is the corners are kinda of sharp. I have a little one so I was worried her hurting herself 
I just bought some rubber bumpers and stuck them on and that does the job.. and wish it was a little taller so the coats on the bottom rack didn't hang out

This coat rack is perfect size for my small lake home which we have never visited before in a winter. It doesn't tip over with all the load and is pretty sturdy. It does look cheap but matches the rest of the house and is barely visible now under all the clothes. I wish it was a bit taller or top hooks were placed higher for longer coats. BTW, the shelf is darker more like cherry wood. It was easy to put together. The final top piece didn't go over while standing so I laid the rack on its side and pressed on the side tubes towards each other and the top pipe easily slid over the side pipes. The rack has adjustable feet so I made it lean backward a bit to prevent tipping. The bench doesn't have pre-drilled holes so you need to drill them yourself and have clamps to hold the wood in place if you assemble by yourself.

Perfect for my space and purpose

This hall tree was perfect size and very sturdy.  It fit what we needed perfectly. It exceeded our expectations.

This is a perfect fit for my bedroom.

We have a narrow hallway and three kids, so a lot of jackets, bags, etc need to be stored every day. This coat rack works perfectly for this. The top shelf isn't thick enough to sit on, but good for putting small items on, and it looks very nice. It's a good buy!!

Very neat and space saving

Pretty sturdy for the price. It even comes with screws to anchor it to the wall. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because there was a small chip out of the top side of the wood board you sit on. It has predrilled holes, so I couldn't turn it over to hide it.

Exactly as described in the listing

Product is exactly what I expected. I love the amount of hooks and shelving space. Reasonably priced. Easy to assemble. It was an unexpected surprise that it came with wall anchors to prevent falling over or leaning. The only negatives were that the wooden shelf does not come with holes already cut into it for the screws so I had to drill holes myself. Also, one of the metal shelves had a dent in it. However, the dent is pretty small and does not take away from the function or looks of the product as a whole.

I was worried that it would fall over which some reviews stated but it has been great.  I have 5 sons who aren't the most gentle so this has really stood the test!!  Fits at least 5 winter jackets and snow pants. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Very cheap materials and poorly constructed. Welding job is a joke. 1 of the hooks broke apart from the poor welding job.
