Arrived sooner then expected.  Easily put together.  A lot of cleaning parts for many different jobs.  For the price a fabulous buy.

Loved everything about this.  Plenty of attachments, and cleaning pads.  Works great on floors and grout.

Work great for couples month, then the solution started to stop working

Not so great

I like the different ways you can use the steamer especially for cleaning the grout. The pads pick up dirt pretty good. While moping with it, it just is so heavy and the steam pump on the handle hurts your hand after a while but it also had a foot pump which I liked better but you have to stop to use it.

Too heavy but it gets the job done.

Liked the versatility, but cheaply made, the handle broke off when I was mopping leaving the tool useless. There's a rod in the handle that connects the trigger to operate the steam. No handle no steam. Bad design

The attachment pieces don't attach to the steamer so I should have just bought a regular steamer.

it worked well for the first few times but then as all Hoover products do, it stopped working and the steam stopped coming out.  I am very dissatisfied in Hoover products lately and I used to be a loyal Hoover Customer

Received on Friday, on Saturday assembled it for the first time, and there WAS NO STOPPER ON THE WATER TANK!!!!!

It was essentially useless.  You can't just get the part, you have to return the whole thing and get a replacement, so another week without a steamer (it took a week before to get it...) and our floors are even dirtier...

should have known it was too good to be true! It just doesn't put out hardly any water - you actually have to "trigger" it again and again for a slight dampness! Nothing like how my Eureka used to be.... I think I'll try the other hoover 20200 model - it at least lets you select the water level - just need to wait for it to go down in price
