I like this computer. I had an old Pavilion, with Windows 7, that just would not quit, even when the plastic body got damaged and only one hinge was still together. I got this one as refurbished and it was really easy to set up. It really looked brand new. I like the fact that it is a 17" screen, but still has a number key pad. Not too many of the big laptops still have that. I don't use it for gaming, but for watching movies and making spreadsheets. (Most big laptops are designed for gaming, so they take away the number pad.) .I haven't had this one too long, but so far, I love it
