The Intex Realtree Seahawk Boat is manufactured out of 20 gauge vinyl.

I actually called intex to find out for myself and here is what they said. The seahawk 2 is 20 gauge pvc, the seahawk 3 is made of 23 gauge pvc and the seahawk 4 is made of 30 gauge pvc. That is straight from the manufacturer on 3/22/17.

It is 22 gauge, it&#39;s not very thick. I recommend spending the extra money and purchasing the mariner 3 which is much thicker and tougher. I had the real tree Seahawk 2 for one day and took it back.

Yes it does but the oars are so cheap I wouldn&#39;t recommend using them. The pump is great though.

Yes it has motor mounts but it is very thin. I recommend getting the mariner 3 or 4 if you plan on investing on a trolling motor. Quality is 100 times better

Great Boat

Boat is good for ponds and small lakes - be careful with sharp objects!  Fits two average size adults nicely, or one adult and two children.

This is the perfect raft for rafting down the river and fishing! We had a blast in this raft raft down the New River and catching bass!

I've only used it once so far, but I was happy with the size and the quality. No complaints.

For the hardcore dad/son who enjoys the outdoors, and sometimes needs bring the  stealthy treehouse to backyard pool and hide from the wife/mom, just until she cools down.

Inexpensive way to get seaworthy carries 400 lbs no problem oars are cheap but if you know what you're doing they'll be fine such a deal that my brother ordered one as soon as I got mine friends are probably getting some too  this and a life vest cost me 55 and every time I go out people always ask me how it is and honestly this product is great and easily worth the low cost

Bought 2 of these and ordered the motor mount for one of them and there I was trolling around the river! This was our 2nd summer with them and we go every weekend camping and take these and some tubes and we go down the river. Not a leak in either of them and with 8 kids jumping back and forth and off of them plus all the rocks we bottomed out on these were by far a great investment it ended up being cause I original bought them just to go down the river cause we forgot a few tubs back at home so I bought these and have never been more happy with a purchase!

The reason it is 4 stars is because the 1st boat was leaking at the valve part. The 2nd one is perfect, nice 1-2 person size, strong, functional. good product and price.

The price is right but the challenger 2 is the same gauge pvc, same brand and only $33. I wish I would have seen that because I would have saved a few more bucks. The 20 gauge pvc seems pretty durable but I'll find out soon when I take it out. I made a seat that goes across the sides with 2 2x4's a bunch of duct tape and carpet to soften the underside, this way I can fish above the water level. I also made two heavy duty tarp side covers that rope in through the holes to give a little more assurance from hooks and fish fins. I wouldn't take it very far out in a big lake but it should work fine for fishing up and and down the shore lines of the lakes I fish at so I can reach some areas I haven't been able to reach yet. The only big complaint I have is the oars. The worse I've ever seen, I'm actually scared to take it out until I purchase some better quality oars, they are literally paper thin and so small they look like toys. I also noticed a small defect in a bottom side seam. Should be fun I just hope I don't lose a bunch of fishing gear when the titanic goes down lol. I plan on getting to led patterns so I can take it catfishing this summer too.  I'll update my review once I've taken it in the water. Good thing my son and I have life vests lol.
