[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kids love it.  Nice to have two slides: one twisting tunnel and one straight.  Also a plus to have two swings plus a ring/bar station.  Adding the little private nook underneath is a plus as well.  Assembly was not too difficult and the instructions were well done.  It's not easy to map out 3D renderings involving 100+ parts, but kidkraft's was well done.  Sturdy for the kids and I expect good life out of this and a ton of playtime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, so I have always wanted to get a nice wooden play set for all of the kids. Finally we got this bad boy! So to all parents, I really hope you've got patience and a lot of tools. There is an extensive list of tools you will need so don't go into this unprepared. I didn't need the level or carpenters square, so don't worry about those. Drill bits and a socket set for sure, and a drill.. a good drill. I had 2 out there with me. The box says EZ-Kraft Assembly but with just my boyfriend and I putting this together it took 4 days, so I don't suggest having only 2 people. You almost need like an assembly line. BUT with that all, we did it for the kids and they were so happy so that's what mattered! It is a really sturdy and nice looking swing set and I honestly can't keep the kids off of it. Even my 13 year old, she has pretty much turned it into her hideaway, she just goes out there and chills up on the top or inside the enclosed tube slide. It really is worth it, it has brought us a lot of family time that we normally wouldn't have had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our kids are very much enjoying their new play set made by kidskraft. First off, definitely go step by step with the instructions! Setting it up took some time but for the most part was easy with the instructions. The pre drilled holes made it much easier to put together. The labels on the wood pieces were very handy. We got everything out of the box except for the enclosed slide and organized it the best we could. That also helped make it easier for us. There were a few areas of instructions that could use a bit more “how to” detail. Most was super easy to understand but we did come across a few that were head scratchers.  ie. the roof installation: if we had known we needed about a half inch space between and they were not going to be flush that would have saved a bit of time. Also would have been super handy if the wood screws were all using the same bit. That just took some time that could be avoided in steps. The inclosed slide was the most tedious for us but not hard. Other than than that, it was fun to build and super sturdy. Our oldest is 14 and can swing on the swings. Our 2 youngest 10 and 7 are loving it! My 10 year old had her birthday party over the weekend and her and her friends played on it for hours. We took pallet would and made a fenced in area for it and filled it with mulch. This was to keep our dogs from going potty where they play. Overall this play set is sturdy, of great quality and definitely a hit with the kids!

Easy and As Described

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start by saying that this set is time consuming to build and you need to follow the instructions, at times making mods or using force.  I consider myself fairly skilled at construction and am a licensed architect.  It took my wife and I around 10-12 hours to build it, but the final result is great!  
One of the reasons for a long build time is all the parts.  On one hand its great to save costs, package and ship easier, but it means that some members which could have been one piece, need to made with two. Regardless, I was surprised how well most of this set went together. I needed to cut back one notched board, but otherwise everything by the twisting slide went together well.  The twisting slide was by far the worst part of this set.  It took a while of two people pushing and holding to get holes to line up and be able to tighten fasteners.  We considered not installing it at least once.  We completed it though and are glad we did.  
Our daughter loves using this set and the tent space at the bottom.  Its kept our backyard busy.

Great end result - Challenging build

Instructions should really specify not to tighten certain boards until a future step, SEVERAL times throughout the process. All pieces were there, and it ultimately went together relatively smoothly. Decent quality, wouldn't recommend for older kids. But for 10 and under its solid

I purchased this set and received everything by may 31st. I WANT A REFUND. I believe they have good customer service so far as I haven't had any issues getting a replacement part ordered. The set has not been completed as I've been waiting for the back order part so you can imagine how upset my son is looking out and seeing a swing set and slide he is unable to use. Well called today and was told I would receive it some time in early July. COOL!  I go outside to pick up my son's bike from outside and I see this!!!!!!  I paid waaaay too much to have these issues before getting the thing fully assembled. Cracks in wood already?

THIS ISNT WHAT WAS EXPECTED

The boxes where missing the swing, all nuts, all screws, All washers, and a rock climbing rock. I had to buy all the hardware from Lowe's. I'm still waiting on swings
