i read a lot of reviews on anything before i buy it. I like to see what others think of the product. most will have something good to say but some has bad things to say if it's legitimate reason like dents scratches an bad shipping ok i get it but anything besides that well there just Karen's an don't know to operate or cook anything anyways. 
  This grill works fine put a whole chicken on first smoked it an cooked it till it was falling off bone delicious. Second thing i cooked was deer jerky didn't know how it would work on lower temps but that smoked jerky was the best jerky ive ever eaten. An make a lot of sausage links an brats different kinds different flavors an that lower temp works great. Next up when price of turkeys go down after Christmas we going to spatchcock a turkey the grills are a little high in grill so don't think it set it there whole it might if take top grill grate out. Anyways for the money this grill works just as good as any of the other grills i have. Enjoy

Good smoker for beginners

Arrived in perfect condition. No parts were missing. Was extremely easy to put together. Plugged in and all parts worked as anticipated. However this grill is TINY. I would not buy this unless you're primarily using it as a talgaitor grill. Resold it and lost half my money because it was a Christmas present and we just now opened it and put it together %26 were passed the return date policy. For reference in the photos my husband is 6'. Our 6 year old would be able to use this perfectly.
