Awesome E bike. Great price and over all great product! I purchased two of them and they are great on all terrain not including mud of course. Battery life is about 3 hours and the kids have a blast on them. Convenient folding for SUV. Great suspension riding on rock terrain and bumpy areas. The mountain e bike was our second choice but these are perfect for everywhere we travel.

The tail fender was broken. I never received the lock/chain for it as it advertised. The rest of it was in good condition and economic.

Assembled it and noticed broken part in the back by the light. It did not come with the lock in the listing. They don't send replacement parts so I'm stuck with it because I do not feel like returning and to get another one that is such a hassle.

I was quite disappointed because the charger and power button didn't actually work for my new bike, I don't know why and the pedals are used ones because I can see some stepped footprints. So I would never recommend even if I can return it.

I bought this as a gift to myself for Christmas. I've only been on it maybe 10 times. The tires don't hold air overnight. The seat fell apart the second time I rode it. The petals are broken and falling off. The handle bars rubber is cracked and ripped open. I've been emailing the manufacturer/seller for weeks. They want pictures and videos. I've sent many. They promised to send more tires? I don't know what that's going to do? Idt I can even do that? I've gotten no tracking numbers? I've got until the end of this month. Then I will just have to send it back. I just wanted a bike to ride in my paved neighborhood! Is it too much to ask for decent products that last ? This cost me a fortune! This was supposed to help me commute, except it's junk.
