The matte black on the laptop makes it look great. The monitor has great viewing angles/color. Doesn't come with a lot of bloatware and what's there is easy to remove. The Intel processor is speedy for doing multiple tasks and the video card can handle most games released last year very well. The bezels on the monitor are bigger than I usually have on a laptop, but that's Lenovo for you. Webcam is also great, clear with great color reproduction.

I bought this laptop for $499 in December. The backlit keyboard (with two levels of illumination), matte IPS screen viewable from any angle, expandable memory and M.2 NGFF slot for an SSD card made this Lenovo the right choice for me. Excellent price for the specs. Runs silent and cool. Surfaces are a super-smooth matte finish which looks and feels beautiful but are a fingerprint magnet, so be forewarned. Battery life could be better so I use it plugged in most of the time. Two cons for me are 1) the trackpad which lacks discrete click buttons - it's all one smooth surface so I'm often clicking in the wrong place, and 2) there is a rather sharp tiny lip that runs along the front edge of the laptop when open that I find very annoying when my palm rests or brushes against it. I wish it was a more rounded, smoother edge. But other that that minor design flaw, a great laptop with all the features I've been looking for.Read full review

This is a great value. This laptop has features that you would find in gaming laptops twice it's price; quad core standard voltage HQ processor, M.2 with NVME, and dedicated 4GB GTX 950. These features alone make it well worth the money. I installed a PM961 SSD, installed a fresh copy of windows, and was off. It boots to windows in 5 seconds. Pros Processor power Dedicated Nvidia graphics Backlit Keyboard NVME support Anti-Glare IPS screen Cons Screen contrast and color reproduction is not great for IPS but better than traditional TFT. Number pad zero and shift were shortened a key space to make arrow keys normal size. I don't get this as I rarely use the arrow keys and always use the shift and zero. This is nuisance but not a deal breaker. Trackpad is horrible on these. Plan on using a mouse.Read full review

Pros: Good product. Comes with 8gb memory/ram with discrete graphics, Full hd, back lit key board. Screen is not glossy and does have glare when sitting in a well lit room. Cons: What I do not like is the edges of the laptop are sharp and uncomfortable while resting your had on the laptop typing for extended period. After I purchased the product, I saw the same laptop with 12gb ram instead of 8 gb. Battery charger is bulky. Battery charge in today world should last at least 5 hours in todays times. Also the day shipment arrived it was raining. The delivery was left on the front porch in the rain. The external packing got wet. Luckily for me the laptop did not get we and was not damaged.
