Butter cream is the perfect word! I would say it is more tan, less yellow.

The side with the pattern is a cream color with teal and beige pattern. I would not pair this with anything yellow.

This comforter is not heavy. It would be good for the summer, but you may want an extra blanket on standby for colder months.

This was a very nice bed set. The photos do not show that there is a pattern on the sheets, though. This was actually a nice surprise, I thought I was getting plain tan sheets and was honestly going to replace them. The only issue I have with this set, is that it is polyester and not cotton. The polyester does give it a pretty satin like sheen, but The cotton would still be nicer.

I read all the reviews before buying this and the negative ones turned out to be nothing. For example:1) the small pillow is too small...yeah, it's a decorative pillow and supposed to be small. It fits the set, perfectly. 2) The sheets slip off the edges during the night. I have not had this issue at all, but I can understand, as I have had this issue with past sheet sets. 3) The comforter is too thin. I haven't seen his issue at all. It's a normal size comforter, average thickness. 4) The polyester sheets are hot. No, honestly, I was really worried about this, myself, as I live in the south, where it's currently 98 degrees and my house is old and hard to cool. I've had them for a week, now and have had no issue with being too hot.

very nice

I don't understand the bad reviews for the sheets, maybe just a one off lemon set. My set of sheets fit the bed perfectly. I love the sheets, they are SO SILKY and SOFT and not too hot. I live in Texas so the weight of the sheets and comforter are perfect. I even get warm under then at times and kick my feet out to cool off a bit. The comforter is flat when you first unpack it but it was cramped in that bag after all. After a while it fluffs up some. I can't say enough good things about this set. I am going to buy another one for my travel trailer and buy one more to put away in the top of my closet for if something ever happens to this set. The accent pillow is small but hey it is an accent pillow and for this price to get sheets, pillowcases, shams, a comforter and an accent pillow.....you CAN'T BEAT IT! I did add a couple of accent pillows in gray to the set to tie it all in with my room.

LOVE this set! Great value!

What a breathe of fresh air! It just looks fantastic! On a bright sunny day I will open my blinds to brighten up the room and it simply enhances the color of the bedding. Very soft yet very strong and durable. It is machine washable which is a must. I really liked the idea of including a toss pillow with the set. The fitted sheet fits perfectly on my queen bed. This set includes everything you need for a comfortable nightâs sleep. Nice set.

Nice Bedding!

I've looked for months...MONTHS waiting to find something that brought a nice calmness, that was a complete set, that was ultra cheap, and that reflected light rather than absorbed it because our master bedroom is small so I needed something to boost the room. I like this set, the cooling blue is welcoming and the tan reflects the sunrise deliciously. Yes, I just called bedding delicious. Love the little decorative pillow, too! It's very warm which I don't mind. I've watched it a couple of times and it holds up well. Like that the sheets are tan so it will fade gently over time. Super duper great for the price, I have three kids with the oldest five years old so I needed something that wouldn't throw me into tears if a child decides to tear a hole so big he could crawl through it....yes, I speak from experience

Affordable cute calm bedding

Light and cheerful, in the newest Moroccan style print, the comforter material almost feels like nylon it is so slick and soft ! the background is light ivory, the pattern is aqua (the backside is solid aqua) with a darker tan outline on the aqua pattern. The sheets are tan with a teeny tiny ivory pattern like the comforter.
It is so soft and light, it is like sleeping under a cloud ! A very pleasant surprise !

Mainstays Bed-in-a-Bag Fretwork

First off I typically do not write reviews, but I felt that I needed to since the negative ones. This bed set is so beautiful the quality is amazing and it washes great!! Let me tell you I have had $200 bed set and when you wash it it bunches and gets ruined, well not this set at all, it is very classy looking my husband even loved it! I have had zero problems with the sheets they fit our queen size bed perfectly and stay on how they should. I highly highly recommend this set!! The material is also very soft and nice on your skin!

Absolutely stunning bed set!!!

I was a little worried reading some of the reviews of the sheets not fitting right. I decided to give this comforter a try though. I'm glad I did. The sheets are perfect! They don't slip off of my queen bed. My husband even mention that " these were the best sheets we had. " the comforter is a bit thin but feels great! It is small enough to fit in my washer and really get clean. That's what I wanted! The accent pillow does not really match. That's the only complaint that I have.

Love this set. Was everything I was looking for and looks great in a newly decorated guest room. The sheets fit my queen size bed and stay on without difficulty. The comforter is kinda lightweight so on really cold nights may need to add a warmer blanket. My only wish is that there was a sheet set or bedskirt to match the aqua that it's in the design. But it works great and looks great. Very happy with this set!!
