This double chaise lounger is great!  The navy blue color looks beautiful and makes my lumbar pillows pop!  Neighbors are wanting to purchase.  Note: when assembling lay on a soft surface so you don't scratch it.

Relaxing poolside loungers

The set is well worth what I paid. It can lay flat, both ends up the same or both ends opposite positioned. It is very heavy and I loved that the seat cushions are each one piece instead of 3 individual.  It took my husband and I less than an hour to put together. As always, the directions could have been a little bit better, but we still managed to put it together without a hiccup. Cushions are very plush also!

Great addition to my outdoor relaxation!!

It's a quality lounger with a great price! Perfect addition to our deck, love the cushions as well. Tip: buy a cover to protect it from rainy days.

Lovely Lounger

This chair is comfortable and easy to assemble. The stripe is so much fun to decorate with and I'm so glad I bought the cover. Good investment. I'd like another one

Exactly what I wanted

Box came like it was a return. Old and new tape. No bubble wrap like the Mainstays Conversation Set Alexandra. Red flags went up!
Put it together outside on top of a big sheet ot grass. Concrete will scratch up.
At the last stage of putting the back parts on, I discovered one was bent. I should have known something would be wrong. See picture where right does not lay flush which is due to it being bent . I will put this side up instead of down so it does not bother me. Directions where easy to follow. Pilot Freight delivered it. Will keep since I have had the round daybed lounger aleady . Not many large loungers to choose from. I will recommend item if does not come bent or if workmanship was improved but seems like you may have some wrong with it, whether it be holes not lining up or etc. Mainstays is not their quality line so you get what you pay for. Price should be reduced though.  I need someone from Customer service to reach out to me because I'm not taking it apart to return. It took a woman more than 2 hours to put together.

My product was a return shipped from Georgia!

The double chaise is very comfortable. Love the built in side tables for drinks. It’s nice and heavy too, should withstand Texas winds well. The included tools weren’t the best, ended up using my drill to assemble it. Even the dog gave his stamp of approval!

Retreat Worthy

I bought the tan option about 2 weeks ago.  When we put it together several of the pieces were bent.  took much longer to assemble as pieces would not fit together due to irregularities. The metal sides were also scratched. 
Overall, very comfortable.  Dislike that you can only elevate ends to one position.

You get what you pay for.  Should have known.

The welded pieces were not in line with the seat components. I had to take the parts to my machine shop and bend the two round pipes towards each other about 1/8 inch to get the pieces to slide into each other. You really get what you pay for - poor quality assembly.

Poor quality

Buyer beware*** I purchased this due to the discounted price. The box end was open upon delivery. After putting item together there was a large hole in a cushion, irregular stitching on the back panel and missing rubber stoppers.  This was sold as brand new item. I reached out to warranty email as per manual. I was told that replacement parts could be shipped to me but I would have to pay for shipping. WHAT??  Quality control is to blame—I shouldn't have to pay to have replacement parts shipped.  After two emails and a phone call I was told this is their policy. I was never allowed to speak to manager nor would be given a managers email address or phone number. After reaching out to customer service I was originally told to purchase item again and return the one I have. But they are out of stock. So I was offered a 15% discount. I took it because I don't want to return the item. Then I got another email from warranty who said they do not have replacement parts. I could wait until next season for factory to make parts and I would have to pay for shipping.  Customer service sucks!!  Warranty not honored!!  Book does not indicate customer pays for shipping if item is defective—- I've never ever had to pay for shipping of replacement parts from any other company.   DO NOT BUY THIS WITHOUT ADVANCE NOTICE THAT WALMART WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY OR SHIP REPLACEMENT PARTS UNLESS YOU—THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING!!!
