Love it so far. Had it 3 days and it was a breeze to assemble.  You will need to purchase bags of sand to put in the provided sand bags. Without that added weight you salt and the chance of the umbrella blowing over in strong wind.

Very nice unit, well packaged, works great.  You will need 2020 lbs of sand to fill base.  
   Manufacturer-use better tape on box.

ordered this umbrella. received it and had 1 damaged part in the box. contacted the manufacturer through email and received the replacement part within 1 week. make sure you supply the required pictures with your request.

Very nice umbrella for the price. We are using for our back patio. Bottom is kind of heavy once you put sand in it so hard to move it. But the tilt and swivel are really nice features.

Nice umbrella!

Love the umbrella but one of the spokes snapped off.  Not sure how to fix it; one side droops now.  My 90-day return is over by a few days.  Would love to have another one…umbrella part…not the base.  Thank you.

Good umbrella but could be stronger

Would be great IF it didn't have a defect that causes the umbrella to hang crooked, not even at all, looks to be about 6” off. Hangs with a major tilt when it should be hanging evenly, the metal piece is bent and not even on the bracket on the inside of the umbrella. 
This is a major disappointment, looks weird and feels like poor construction quality. 
The fabric is nice, but because of the poor construction of the metal pieces causing the uneven umbrella, I would not buy again and do not recommend.

Poor craftsmanship, hangs unevenly

we really liked tbis umbrella for the price! unfortunately under 10mph wind broke one of the spokes 5 months later which then pierced the umbrella. there was only a 30 day return policy so we basically wasted $200

fantastic umbrella until slightest of wind

It is a thorough PAIN IN THE BEHIND to assemble 😡😡😡. The schematic drawing of the parts and assembly is SO BAD that the parts are barely recognizable and there are no explanations.  No video to help either. At least the company is very responsive.

It's a REAL PAIN IN THE BEHIND TO ASSEMBLE

Looks nice laying on out deck...we bought it last year but weren't able to put it up. Opened it up this year, and there is no hardware nor instructions.
