What type of oil do you need to use once a year?

Do the chairs need to be assembled along with table?

The set is okay, it's not as large as it appears in some of the pictures. Its a little cheaper looking then the pictures make it seem.  I definitely would not pay $745.00 for it. it's not worth more than 399.
