This bike came with all parts. My child and husband love riding it. I've had no issues with the bike.

Would buy again

My 9yr old just loves this thing.  Easy to put together.  Needs a little tweaking to get running at 100% but it's clocking at 22/23 mph on gps.

Son is 10 years old and LOVES it! We have had for 4 months and he rides almost every day.

definitely need to be mechanically incline to own these assembly is simple but watch for bend parts douring shipping  as little details can make a difference in how it performs like the chain tensioner

very cool for the price

Packaging was very bad…and the box was really damaged. The bike was pretty easy to assemble, but there were multiple scratches on the bike from the poor shipping. Haven't ridden yet, but the throttle clicks when testing it during assembly, as the instructions direct. I hope it works okay, not very optimistic so far.

Bad shipping

The engine was blown when we tried to start it. It was complete garbage. I will never buy an item like this again from Walmart. My husband was so upset he just bought a new engine for it because our son would've had to wait and this was his big Christmas gift.

Item came damaged and parts missing Christmas around corner and no time between that and my work schedule to return before Christmas now I am stuck with a product that I have to find a way to repair and replace parts that were missing

Package came absolutely destroyed, with missing instructions and spring tensioner. the paint was already starting to chip, and there were cracks in the metal frame. The bar to hold the steering shaft was bent, and had to be straightened. I tried to file a warranty claim, which was delayed by several months, due to the absolute worst customer service ever. When my son rode it, the bottom frame holding the engine snapped off, and a significant portion of the bottom frame fell apart, as shown in photos

$400 down the drain, absolute worst product ever!!

Packing was like it was a return. Spring missing for the chain …unbelievable not even available on line..tank smelled like gas n it appears oil was also put it. So upset. Needed to give to my grandson today because it's his birthday. Will be returning asap..if you purchase make sure you look at it asap to make sure all pieces are there…I'm devastated for my grandson..
