It features a powerful 12,000 BTU infrared searing burner with 146 sq. inches of cooking surface on the left side shelf, and 231 sq. inches cast iron griddle plate with 12,000 BTU power to extend your cooking options. This 6-burner control concept will give you tons of cooking options from direct to indirect cooking. There will be no limit to what you can cook on this outdoor kitchen.
