Took a chance on this.  Couldn't believe the price based on the equipment specs.  Was expecting the cpu, gpu, and board to be the stated Msi and abd the rest junk. Well, everything is Msi, real quality stuff. The ram and  memory is xgp and Msi. Definitely well put together.  In no way could you build this pc yourself with identical parts for under 1k. At 699( price I paid) I should've bought a few more for resale or part out. Definitely a deal breaker

Loved this pc ! Amazing, easy and powerful !  The setup was extremely easy , all I had to do was open the desktop case glass and remove the packing foam . Plugged in, and it powered right up , the setup process was less than 5 minutes . I have used it for a week so far and it handles all my games with ease while streaming live on platforms simultaneously! . Was definitely an amazing deal and I highly recommend this product. MSI truly makes amazing , affordable and quality equipment

Amazing, easy and powerful

Great computer for a great price. I usually build my own PCs and this one replaced my previous gaming set up that I built in 2018. It's soooo quiet.

A great budget gaming pc

My 14 year old has no complaints. I play on it every night and it's a very powerful PC. Big Fortnite players %26 that's really all we use it for so I'd definitely recommend to gamers.

Amazing gaming pc.

To start, it was packaged well for shipping.  I bought this because you cannot buy the parts individual for cheaper.  I recased in a NZXT H5 case and used my own ARGB hub/fans and SN850.  No issues runs great, son is averaging 110-120 fps on Fortnite.  The listing said it has WiFi5 but was actually 6; we use LAN.  First immediate upgrades will be AIO and RAM.  

It runs great out the box which would be sufficient for the average gamer for a couple of years, but where it loses it star is MSI support.  I contacted them because the Windows Activation was invalid after it ran Windows update; said it was being used so I contacted MSI for the product key.  MSI's response was to return the product to place of purchase for a replacement or refund!  I just upgraded to Win Pro 11 instead.

Great for average gamer

This order was shipped and delivered in 2 days from purchase, which was very impressive, it came in a MSI branded box, that had secure, thick foam padding on the inside which kept the pc from touching the box itself. Inside the pc itself was a expanding foam pad, used to hold the gpu in place, the gpu also had a preinstalled sag bar which was a nice unexpected touch. The case is somewhat cheap feeling with alot of plastic, but it is lighter than previous cases with tempered glass I've had, and overall is a good quality, alongside the provided fans which I've yet to have temperature issue with.

A quick check showed the system was built correctly, with no faulty parts, missing connections, or bad plugs by the builders, and it started up and worked "generally" right away. I went about installing my usual programs software etc, played a few games, recorded some stuff, did a few small renders, and the system held up great.

On to the bad, and the only reason i won't give this a perfect review, the preinstalled msi bloatware, which while minimal, did cause issues with the Microsoft store, and xbox apps during the initial setup stage of the pc, choosing to forgo their installing in the setup led to a directory error, which led to me discovering the pc has some type of file corruption. While reinstalling windows isn't hard, it is a pain, and in this case the reinstall failed, and i've yet to find the cause, or solution, but otherwise the system works fine.

everything great, only the keyboard has problem, caps key red light always on, I can't know when is capital and small letter. other two light always off. I tried to plug the keyboard back in, It will work few hours.

great price for me. but

I could only give 3 out of 5 stars because the the tower case is crack, and I hurt my finger by that as well.  It won't affect the function but doesn't look good at all.
