It's been 2 years now, using my Napoleon grill and I love it. Everything grills up great on it...steaks, poultry, seafood and veggies. I use it throughout the whole year.....meaning 2 to 3 days a week, every week, rain or shine You can see the quality built into it. I see no wearing or thinning of the grates or burners like on past lessor value grills I have owned. The chassis is strong and durable. I highly recommend a Napoleon grill to anyone considering a grill for their patio. Napoleon's products have surely impressed me.

Cannot believe that I have had the BBQ for almost two years now.
Really like the BBQ, except for one small point.  When you move the BBQ, even the slightest amount, the magnets on the storage area doors do not hold, and the doors open up.

We recently had a backyard party with about 25 guest and needed to upgrade our old charcoal grill.  We really needed something that can cook larger quantities of food for larger parties.  I was also looking for a show stopper that wouldn't break my wallet.  We decided on this Napoleon Grill because it was large enough for our party yet small enough for us for daily use.  I liked how it has individual burners on the grill itself, 4 to be exact so I don't have to fire up the whole thing.  It also has the extra 5th burner on the side for pans or pots.  When not in use, you can fold down the side table and side grill.  The side grill also has a cover so you can use it as a side table.  Since this is also my first propane grill, I don't have much to compare with to other grills out there.  I would say the price was very comparable to competitors, if anything it was less.  I really liked how it came with the all-weather cover where other grills makes you buy that separately.  This cover is worth at least $70!  The grill has lockable caster wheels which was convenient when we had to move the grill after the sun was coming down on us.  We were able to cook all the food at once and serve at the same time without having our guest wait.  It was easy to clean afterwards.  Under the cast iron grates, there are removable grease catchers that can be removed to clean.  The instructions for installation was very easy to follow and easy to put together.  We bought our propane tank and was easy to connect.  I really liked the extra storage space under the grill.  You won't be disappointed with this grill.

Rust to fast

the grill is 100% is was advertised.  I perform maintenance every 5 to 6 grillings.  However, the stainless is less than the overall quality of the product and brand's history.  Hope this is taken constructively and a better stainless is chosen.

Bought it a year ago and I must say it’s the best BBQ I have ever owned. With one exception, I do not like the wavy grill. It’s really hard to clean. I do not use a wire brush, too many scares of loose bristle. So, I use a cedar scraper and it does somewhat conform to the grill but it’s a tough grill to clean. Other than that A+

Great BBQ but...

Decent grill for occasional use.
The side burner connection is terrible when building as well when folding down.
You need to fold down the side platforms to put the cover on. This is ridiculous.
The cover is not waterproof and after 3 weeks there is corrosion. And I keep my grill clean.
The grill burns hot so you'll only get 10-20 hours out of a standard propane tank.

Glad I didn't pay full price.

Have had this for 4 years now, it is awful. I splurged on a "good" (expensive) BBQ, and it's worse than everything else I've ever used including my older, much cheaper ones.

Can't cook on high -- it gets *way* too hot -- easily over 700 degrees. Cooking on low usually keeps it around 300, but if there's anything dripping down it will catch on fire. If you haven't given it a thorough cleaning in a couple months, it easily catches everything inside on fire -- even if it's on low.

When I first bought it, I tried to do a full load of plain wings (covering the entire surface). The entire thing ignited and luckily I got it out with some baking soda and the garden hose, but was seconds away from calling the fire department. I keep a spray bottle underneath with water, because it ignites that often.

The trick to cooking chicken with skin is to keep them between the burners, and don't walk away. Medium-ground burgers will catch on fire if you leave them too long, and any grease dripping even when you flip them will flare up massively (watch your eyebrows!).

Buy if you like your food highly chared and love cleaning out your BBQ once a month.

Worse BBQ I've ever used

I have had this for one year and the side is all ready broken, it flames a lot compared to the leading grill. I thought it was going to a better grill but disappointed.
