The tent is 7.5ft tall at its peak and the stove jack opening is located around the 6.5ft area of the tent, so keep that and the height of your stove in mind when selecting your stove pipe.

I bought this tent and ran a Kni-co Alaskan stove for two months at around 6,500 ft elevation. The tent has an oval stove jack but it was sewn in sideways (wrong orientation). So the oval jack, if sewn in correctly (which mine was not so there is large gaps at the jack horizontal sides which lets rain, bugs and whatever in the tent) is for a 5 inch pipe at the point of contact with the stove pipe. If you have a tapered pipe and it tapers roughly to 5 at the roof/jack point then it would work IF the stove jacks are sewn in correctly with mine was not. You can buy a tapered reducer section and reduce down to 5" with out too much trouble if you're using single wall pipe.  I'd buy another in a heartbeat if they fix the stove jack. Great value if they fix it, not so much the way it is because you will need to cut out the jack and rotate it vertical to remedy. The frame is easy to assemble and the tent was made well with that one major deal breaker issue. Hope this helps.

My husband and I set this up last weekend and we didn't kill each other!  It goes together easily for two people (not a one-person job!).  All the parts were there, instructions were clear, and, for the first time erecting the tent, it took us about 45 minutes.  We know next time it will take a lot less time.  The only thing I'm not crazy about is the flooring.  There are only a few places to velcro it into place, so there are a lot of gaps where "things" can crawl in.  My husband isn't worried, but I'm the girly-girl in the family who doesn't like the thought of sleeping with critters.  Anyway, the tent is HUGE and will allow us to sleep multiple grand critters (I mean children!) comfortably.

For the weight, price, and quality I'm pretty sure it cannot be beat as a hunting tent.  The floor is HD, the stovejack is of excellent quality, zippers seem to be holding up, and perfect size for two with cots and stove (elbow room to spare and a kitchen table).  Really impressed with this product, couldn't be happier!  I ordered a second one just to make sure I have one on hand if I mess the first one up.  Original is on year 3 and still solid though.

This tent is just perfect.  We were afraid with the price but it turned out to be perfect.  Fits a queen size bed perfectly with room for accent chairs etc.  We bought two!!!!

Item came ripped. I bought this for my husband and when I set it up I realized it was ripped! Very disappointing.

It's a great tent.  Floor isn't sealed but water won't get in, spiders will. Have some bug killer. Camped through rain storm, no leaks!

Best bang for the buck.

Loved this tent for the few weeks we had it up.  We built a platform for it and set it up.  Added the woodstove and had a wonderful time with the grandson out there.  We live in maine and I wasn't able to get out in time to clean the roof off.  Collapsed in the middle.  Can't really blame the tent because I should of been out and cleaned it off a few times while it was snowing. 😥I will say that once we cleaned all the snow off and out there was not one rip in the imitation canvas.  The poles were destroyed but we are thinking of building a wooden frame for it. I would definitely buy another one especially if it was to go on sale again for 250.00.

Definately a tent you can live in. Wasn't too keen on the seperate floor but it gives this tent a great deal more versatility. Setup alone is a little difficult and takes time to get it right. This is the end of my second week. Moved it once already. Really do enjoy the fact that the whole front opens with or without the screens. Been through several thunderstorms as well as bright warm days. I use a big buddy duel canister heater for those chilli damp nights. Opened up it is very airy. Closed up it is warm and feels like I am in a house instead of a tent. The color gets dirty but reflects the heat. Even on hot days with it opened up it is still cool. Took a little time but understood the front of the floor will flip up and stay up if it is pulled tight enough on the sides. The wieght is primarily in the poles. I found that puttting the floor and tent into the bag and loading it then putting the poles in is alot easier. I am so grateful for this tent. I looked at many others then was led to this one. Well worth the price. Not for a weekend getaway. Takes me over an hour to set up. I have an easy up tent for those quick getaways. The footprint is only 3 feet bigger than my other tent in one direction. Once up it feels as big as a house. Even with a queen size air bed there is plenty of room for stuff, a woodstove and kitchen setup. I am very happy with it.
